Do you tend to say crazy sh... on a daily basis? I'm wondering if it's typical for people with this placement.

Crazy?

NEVER. I always make sense to myself.

As for others, well, I am not responsible for what others are thinking,r ight?

Seriously though, yes it happens. Not everyday, but I have gotten used to the blank expression in other people`s faces sometimes.

My dad, my brother and me always joke that this is the thing that we all have in common, that noone really gets our humour (which is an exaggeration btw).

Well I am a Sag with Moon in Aquarius and Mercury in SAg.

My Dad is an Aquarius with Moon in Taurus and Mercury in Cap (he is still acting like a big child most of the times, might be also his Venus_Jupiter conjunction in aquarius)

my Brother is a Pisces with Moon-Jupiter-URanus-conjunction in Sag and Mercury in Aquarius.

I know one guy - Gemini rising and Sag Mercury - he's the type of guy to blurt out stuff that makes no sense! And he's got a Scorp stellium! So unexpected.

Another gal I know - a Scorp with Sag Mercury as well - has a biting sense of humor. Sensitive souls should stay away from her, haha.

My former bff also has the same combo but she's not the type of person to talk just for the sake of talking. She's actually quite careful in her speech and comes across as smart (but kinda self-righteous).
Her Mercury is in the 1st house (Sag rising).

yeah, I say weird stuff and tell tall tales. Like the other day I told a creepy guy who asked to hug me that I had AIDS and that AIDS was an airborn disease and was also transmitted by touch. The look on his face was gold.

I didn't mean bluntness, this one is obvious. I meant a trolling-like sense of humor.

LOL

I remember there was once a guy ringing at my doorbel trying to sell something Aol to me. He clearly was Southern-European looking and was very very persistent and annoying.

At one point I told him I could not buy Aol, because my dad was working at Telecom, and if I dared to buy AOL, he would give me a beating again.
The guy looked so utterly shocked (but not disbelieving at all), that i almost felt sorry for him.

Well he excused himself and let me be at least.

My son has this placement, and when the dentist's assistant told us for the third time that the doctor would see us in a moment, burst out with a HAH! that made even her laugh..

He was only seven or so...

Another question, do you find saying potentially provoking things amusing?

If that question was directed at me (which it probably wasn't, lol but I'll reply anyway) - it depends on how provocative...
But I'll say yes, usually it's quite amusing. I sometimes irritate the heck outta my family with my biting remarks. But I don't have a Sag Mercury, you know that.

It depends.

Doux Rêve: may I ask what sign is your mercury ? Eh don't tell me it's in scorp <run> hahaha

Elly: your son has great potentials haha.

Reminds me of a popular scene in a kid's book (Amber Brown Wants Extra Credit by Paula Danziger):

quote:
She and Max are kissing.

That's so gross.

I say, "Mom, I hope that fungus in your mouth is getting better."

And then I look at Max and smile. "The doctor says that in girls it's curable. Boys die from it."

Sadly, some of the kids made a note to remember it in case they needed it, decided to do it themselves as they already did (though they typically got a laugh out of it even if they got in trouble), or shared it with someone else who could use it.

I don't do it on a daily basis but I come up with some prize winners from time to time (Libra Merc on Scorp cusp but LOTS of Sag placements). I think my Libra (and Scorpio desire for privacy) helps me hide some of my thoughts with those who could cause me harm. But all it takes is one little slip...

Like I had some neighbors who liked me as we were from the South (they were Alabama rather than East Texas like me, but in California little differences like that don't matter much) and though they were on the racist side I just tuned that out and other things...but then one day I got called over to visit as I walked past and some were watching King Kong (the 2005 remake) and as King Kong starts tearing up NYC one asked, "Did that really happen?"

Luckily I was so shocked by that question that it helped me not to respond until my impulse control kicked in. And as others weren't sure I DID refrain from saying, "Your wondering if this was even based on a true story is proof that white people aren't superior."

Yet when I was asked as I seemed to know so much I first said (trying to suppress the tone of my wry humor to sound dead pan as possible), "Snopes might know." When no one even recognized that and seemed perplexed I added, "Maybe, the Principia Discordia did say King Kong died for our sins."

That did it. I was asked what the PD was (they couldn't even pronounce it) and wouldn't let it go. I finally explained (very briefly) Discordianism and one said she thought Eris sounded like a scary goddess. I pointed out, "All the gods are scary at times, save maybe Kwan Yin. But given that I know only a little about Her she probably has a scary side I don't know about, too."

Forever after they kept me at arms length. Ah well, enough Texans I grew up with thought I served the devil so it just helped me feel more at home.

Speaking of which when I was 14 I was asked if I really worshiped the Devil. I said, "Yes, and I cast spells, so shut up." He did looking terrified and never spoke to me again. I thought that was hilarious (as did my friends and Aries cousin) but my older relatives scolded me for fanning the flames.

haha those kids had some nerve. Wish I was that sassy when I was little.

Sounds like an interesting book. Have to check it out next time I visit the library. I don't often read children books although there are some series that I love, like The Floods by Colin Thompson.

You sound really libra-scorp (sarcastic, deadpan humour, concerned with social issues)

Nah, not at all.
I find Sag energy more biting than Scorpio energy, prolly because it's more careless and blunt.
