What is considered heavy in a certain sign? I have leo in venus, mercury, saturn and my cancer sun is at 29.38. I know my chart is definitely fire heavy but I wonder if all this leo has a big affect.

if you go to www.astro.com

on the side you can click free horoscopes.
click horoscopes, drawings & calculations
click extended chart selection

after your birth data is in there (forgive me if you're familiar with this) you can click pullen/astrolog. (it's currently on circular chart and the section is located under the partner drop-down box)

in the "please select what type of chart..." section - select the last option "simple chart delineation by walter puller"

about 3 quarters down the pages - there's ranking for the modalities, planets, and signs. i'd be interested to see your percentages for the signs! it might clarify some things for you.

it should look something like this:

I don't know how to tell you exactly.
Did you go about 2/3 down the page?

There'll be a section that give you a percentage.
It will even give planet rank, sign rank, element rank, etc etc.

Example, even with all of that fire, and "only" two air. If Venus were in Libra and well aspected then that would boost it up (Venus, and Air element, and Libra sign) quite a bit.

It should give you an actual rank based on aspects, etc. besides the counts themselves.

i have a female friend with her rising, sun, venus and mercury in leo. i would consider that to be leo-heavy. although you have planets in leo you probably won't have significant ego and outward leo traits because the leo sign doesn't fall into your sun/moon/rising, etc. - those ones are more ego-centric and 'leo' in their demonstration. your venus sign is liekly where you'd be most leo and want adoration, affection, to be desired/noticed and treated really well, like a queen of sorts, but i wouldn't consider you very leo despite your planet placements. i know some people believe you can read the next sun sign if you're at the 29 degree, but (personally) i think if your sun is in cancer, it's in cancer. it seems from the percentage that you have several planets in air too.

You really were right in both cases regarding not possessing a leo ego but also with the venus leo. I do want to be treated really well but then doesn't everyone? I think every women should be treated like a queen. So my strongest traits would be more gemini (moon and ascendant)and cancer. Very interesting.

Thank you for spelling it out for me, I'm very new to all of this but found it fascinating!
