What do you think about these two? What are your personal experiences?

there are 2 scorpios and 2 virgos that I know. They see each other every day, but they never, almost never talk. Not that they are enemies or something, they just don't have any things to talk about.

My Virgo cousin's husband is a Scorpio. He's a good father and he knows how to put her in her place and control her because she used to be somewhat of a sleep around.
They don't merge that well with Virgos however because they are much more skeptical and do not follow their feelings that much.

Being sextile, there's a certain harmoniousness, but Virgo's tendency to criticize and Scorpio's tendency to take things personally won't mix well. I think though that house placements will have more impact.

Virgo and Scorpio usually see eye to eye on many things and there's a natural willingness to put up with each other since these two signs form a sextile.

"relation" as in "relationship"?

I have no idea.
Never saw a Scorp/Virgo couple except for one (miss O, *wink*).

Theoretically, it doesn't sound too good because Virgos are (supposedly) too emotionally inhibited for the intensity-craving Scorpio.
And Scorpio's mood swings can really drain the more rational / calmer Virgo.

That's the thing though...I think we really need to take the moons into consideration too.

I'm Virgo Sun, but also Cancer moon, and I do look to someone with emotional depth. Ironically Cancer Suns rub me the wrong way, but I like Scorps and Pisces...

All else being equal, if the Scorp in question had an earth Moon (or perhaps air), it would be a total match.

Well yes, obviously, we can't just compare the Sun signs.

I was just saying in general. All the Virgos I've known were very reserved people.

Ok...I've been a bit theoretical.

Personal experience...like I said, I get on well with Scorpios. But back to the house thing, I'm also Virgo Asc, so Scorp falls in my 3rd house. It's not a terribly romantic placement, but we communicate well together.

If I had one qualm, it would be Scorp's suspiciousness. It's like they're thinking, "Why did he say that, what does he really mean?" But at the end of it all, we really do connect and come to an understanding.

Yes...I'm quite reserved, but the right word can break the ice in a second..and the Virgo non stop talk-a-thon will come pouring out. The wrong word, however, can turn me into absolute ice.

Oh dang, right, personal experience.

Umm... What can I say, I had a crush on a Virgo once (okay I was actually infatuated), but I was young(er) and just chickened out and nothing happened. We were both super shy around each other, so.

The first guy I ever kissed was a Virgo! Hahaha just randomly remembered that.
My 5H is Virgo so it's nor surprising.

I think Scorpios can feel a bit frustrated after some time, if the Virgo doesn't open up or show more passion. Cause Scorps need some emotional thrill from time to time.
Not sure how Virgo Suns work, but they're probably not too fond of drama.
Aaand vice versa of course, Virgos could get really tired of all the emotions and just go: "Okay, enough is enough."

Yes, the Virgo in me likes things nice and tidy...but the Cancer Moon and Leo Venus likes excess. It's a frustrating seesaw.

We all have some contradicting stuff in our charts. That's what makes us interesting and complex.

Some of my closest friends over the years have been Scorpios (Virgo here- I also have Scorpio rising). While I understand what everyone is saying about 'Virgos are reserved and not emotional enough' for Scorpios- Virgos really only have a SURFACE reserve (I've fooled many until they face the wrath of all the fire in my chart ). We do actually feel things and sometimes the Scorpios can help us feel comfortable enough to bring our emotions to the surface (they actually like probing for depth of emotion and don't mind doing so). The other thing is that there are a lot of Scorpios out there who get tired of the drama/emotionality in their own head, and so a bit of rationality/intelligent conversation is actually very freeing for them.

Plus, both Scorpios and Virgos tend to be very big know-it-alls, and often like the conversation/debate it brings. I've had some of the best conversations with Scorpios, and they are one of the few sun signs I actually feel like 'get me.'

Though I've never been romantically involved with a Scorpio, I have also seen a Virgo-Scorpio couple in action. One of my close male Scorpio friends married a Virgo. He has several Virgo aspects (Moon, Venus, Mars), and I would imagine that she has some Scorpio in her chart. The Scorpio is fiercely (and I do mean FIERCELY) devoted to her, and his is one of the few relationships I see withstanding the test of time. They've already been together for 8 years.

Anyway, I've run across the occasional Scorpio control freak and the occasional Scorpio jealous type, but I (personally) tend to avoid them once I figure out what's going on. It's like they have an excess of that Scorpio domination/ego trip going on, and so they don't listen to anyone. That's just really damaging for everyone involved, so I make good use of all my mutable energy and disappear.

Hehe...my Venus and Mars are fire...and the Cancer Moon is a bizarre thing...at once utterly restrained and then over the top.

People see the nice, sweet, mellow Virgo...until POW.

Yeah... It's always a funny reaction once people actually realize what's going on. I'm very kind, and I am cool and collected when I am mad, but I will just start to slowly withdraw all support from the person, and I will start quietly and forcefully pointing out the facts of the situation, and it always throws people. Usually they think I'm naive. I'm not, but it often works in my favor because people with nefarious purposes usually reveal themselves more quickly.

Also, it is fun to be able to the pull the opposite tactic of remaining cool and collected (and sometimes unintentionally baffled) when someone is trying to get you to react or throw a temper tantrum about something.

I have Mars in Virgo and I am Scorpio Sun.
I really like Virgos, they are always far more chatty than me. Virgos are inspiring, good at number crunching and they are ambitious even though it might be as obvious as Capricorn or Aries. I like them. There is a mutual admiration.
