From what I understand my 3rd house is empty. I come from a big family mother had 5 dad had 9 but they only had 2 in common. I've essentially separated myself from most of them or never got to know them because of age or location. My father died and my mother I am estranged from {my doing}. I wasn't physically abused by her but just unwanted; a cold Scorpio, so I stopped trying to please her. I've healed and move on with my life and I am the best attentive mother I can be to my daughters.
But if my 3rd house is empty and my Chiron is in the 7th house along with a Venus Aries, does this mean my daughters will leave me too or I will never get married?

Here is my chart

I don't think your chart shows that kind of thing.
Definitely not the 3rd house.
Children are 5th house, and you have Mercury and Sun there, not that afflicted. You should be pretty involved with your children but make sure not to restrict them or limit them too much. Give them space to express themselves and be independent (ruler of the 5H is Uranus, square Saturn).

As for marriage. Chiron in the 7H wouldn't deny it, but it can bring some painful experiences in relationships, and your chart ruler (Venus) is conjunct the DSC as well, which means you focus on relationships a lot, and they will affect you greatly.
However, your North Node is in the 1st house, which points to the need for independence and self-sufficiency. You need to work on being comfortable with being by yourself, or at least giving/having space in interpersonal relationships. It's a matter of balance.

You have transiting Pluto squaring your natal Pluto, that's pretty big. And transiting Uranus will soon oppose your natal Pluto. You can read about those transits to get an idea of what's ahead.
Your immediate environment and siblings could be affected in some way, a change could happen. There could be trouble at work or with your health in a few months when transiting Uranus opposes your Pluto from the 6th house. Focus on your communication skills and take good care of your body and work on the body / mind connection. Some unconcsious things could come to the surface during this time and you should express them and deal with past hurts and resentments, especially when it comes to siblings or co-workers (or anyone else of course).

all I can say is WOOOOOW!. I am in the process of starting my own business and planned to quit a successful career to start mentoring. Ironically I've been preparing my videos to post my new business and I have been deleting them and very critical of myself. Tearing myself apart all the time. I deceided to wait til the weekend to start recording again. I wrote out a schedule to exercise and do a little more research to cure me insecurity.
As for the relationship part, I'm more of a loner.I do push people away and act very independently. I learned at a very early age that no one is coming. My mother told me no one would love me and the father of my children did the same a few months ago when he asked me to marry him for the 3rd time and I said no.
I advance my career to stave off the loneliness but I can tell you I am really tired of it. I've only been loved and supported by my father who died when I was pregnant with my last child. When I lost him, I felt I would never have that kind of love again. My father loved me so much he paid child support to my mother for years while I live with him. He did not tell me until I was applying for college. He said I was more important that anything she could do to him. I feared I would not feel that again so I've made the best out of life. But the healthier I get mentally, the more solved all of my problems become; I feel the vacancy

The last part hit home. This weekend I found out me mother has Narcissistic Personality Disorder and this had destroyed my relationships with both siblings and men. My older sister, cousins and I made amends while placing the blame just where it is supposed to be. I also found out that I healed myself from the situation just as prescribed without even knowing I was abused and to what extent. This will really help in the future mentoring I will be starting this Spring. Ironically, I will be using youtube as the medium to attract subject by posting videos on various topics.
