I had an audio production class and the woman who taught it, a local talk radio personality, swore I would make a fabulous DJ although I felt awkward about the idea of talking on the radio in any serious capacity f.e. a career. She said my voice, energy, would be great after she listened to my tape of a project required for a grade.
Must be all the Libra, Virgo and Taurus, even the semi afflicted third house Mars in Sag. Thing is, I wasn't really interested in doing it. I took the class as a visual arts major.
Here are what I think indicates this:
- Virgo sun in h11/12(conjunct cusp of h12) trine Saturn in h 7/8 (conjunct cusp of h8)
- Libra ascendant conjunct Mercury/Jupiter/Uranus in h12 (the DJ house imo since they are mostly hidden and people recognize their voices for the most part.)
- Taurus moon trining Mercury, Pluto, Uranus.
- Mars in Sagittarius h3 mostly unaspected (for vocal ability)
- I also have Part of Fortune in Gemini, h9 which supports it.

Most importantly Venus in Leo h10 sextile ascendant/Libra stellium with Mercury in h12. Perfect for radio!

-Neptune opposite moon trine Venus for that dreamy,ethereal quality.

The only problem I was so indecisive and my confidence was not very great so...I didn't seize the opportunity but if I had, who knows what I'd be doing now. World wide revolution, maybe? Crazed cult leader commanding my followers? Okay, maybe it's good I never seriously tried it. I don't want to host the Jim Jones Network.

I was thinking about this topic a few weeks ago and I had checked a few natals of famous djs, common things between charts were:
-Capricorn placements
-Uranus in strong aspects with Jupiter

I know a DJ that has a sun, mercury, mars stellium in Capricorn....interesting.

He also has Venus in Pisces tightly square neptune which gives that neptunian quality mentioned.

I'd say strong in the fire signs.They are usually high energy(Aries)-----are putting on a show and getting a lot of attention(Leo)----and are out of have a good time!(Sag)
