I'm a Cap asc but when I read horoscopes and they talk about the planets transiting a certain house in the chart, they're always off by a house.

I've used equal/placidus house systems both and they're still off.

I'm pretty sure my birth time is correct, I have birth records.

So anyway, I have to read for Aqua asc to really get a detailed horoscope about how the transiting planets affect me.

Does anyone else have this issue? Or know why this could be? The only reasons I've come up w/are bc I have Aqua/Leo intercepted in my 1st/7th houses and I'm a later degree Cap asc (19 deg)
