Topic: Making travel plans when Mercury is in retrograde?

Yeh or neigh?!In my experience it seems to go well to plan a trip when Mercury is not in retrograde. But I'll be quite fine if I go on the trip when Mercury is in retrograde. But booking a flight in advance during Mercury retrograde? Even if the date of the trip Mercury is direct. What do you think? Any experience? In my experience it seems that it is not a good idea to set a trip for when Jupiter is retrograde. I did mention visiting a friend in the summer. But I feel like it is not right, right now to try to push it any further. IP: Logged |

I moved 2000+ miles during the Mercury-Rx of January 2009. I'm still here. It had its bumps and lapses, but I made a life change decision and acted on it. Much bigger than just a bit of traveling. If your purpose is clear, you are on your path, and you pay attention to the relevant details, there no reason you cannot do big things during Mercury-Rx. The problem is that it is a source of anxiety for those afraid of failing or 'disaster' or even just ordinary delays or inconveniences. ------------------

In 2021 I purchased tickets on 30.05 for departure 23.07. There were no flight issues at all. Didn't miss a bus or train to catch my flight. This year, I purchased flight tickets on 11.01 for departure 06.06. Can update you in 1 month! But I really don't think there is a need to worry over this. I have booked long-haul and shorthaul flights primarily based on $$ not retrograde. I've had flights cancelled and changed when booking/travelling on mercury direct days. IP: Logged |

I've been expanding on my beliefs. They are starting to go beyond astrology. I can look ahead and try to pick the perfect date. But it something isn't right then, it doesn't matter what date you pick. I did reach out to my friend who is out of state yesterday. She is going through a lot right now with her family. So I tried to let her know that I am not trying to put her on the spot. I got a lot of signs in the past few days to put energy into going to that state. IP: Logged |
