Next year SA neptune will square my venus south node conjunction.
Will this have any effect? When I have this aspect by transit I have a love relationship with my school big love but I felt unappreciated and left.

Yes it is - possibly.

saNeptune= Venus could mean you are meeting your soulmate and experience a blissfully magical romance.

or

it could mean that you totally delude yourself into fantasizing that one is your soulmate, but in the end will have to realize that he was not and all the romance will dissolve into fogginess.

I`d have a look what else is going on, if you were to have Sun-Venus solar arcs or something nice going on with Venus or DESC, then maybe option no 1 would be more apt.

However if you have VERY trying additional constellations,especially with let`s say Tr Neptune square, opposite, or conjunct one of your relationship markers (Venus, Mars, DESC,r uler of 5th or 7th house for example), along with some Uranus, Saturn, Pluto challenges, i`d give it some more time to let it grow before calling the other one your soulmate and burn all bridges behind you. Chances are you might not be seeing things too clearly at the moment.

I had pr. and SA sun conjunct venus 4-5 years ago. Currently I have a lot neptune going - transits, progressions and I feel like falling in some kind of mental intoxication.

I am single cus I can not get over the guy that I met when pr. sun conjunct venus.
