I have Jupiter Capricorn in my 5th house. I've heard Jupiter is about luck and abundance but not sure that is really true. I can attract many suitors, yes that is true but they are usually less than admiral guys for the most part....all "players" and or married men look for a fling. So I'm not sure how "lucky" Jupiter really is. Your thoughts? IP: Logged |

Jupiter is about luck, but you also need to consider the aspects to the planet. For example Saturn aspects to jupiter. Saturn can represent limitations. IP: Logged |

Jupiter is in its fall in Capricorn. That could be one thing that sort of "limits" your luck, as Capricorn is ruled by Saturn. And really, the 5th house isn't about serious relationships. It's usually for the first stages of romance, not the commitment stage. You said you find that a lot of guys are after you. That is how your Jupiter is working out. It makes you lucky in attracting romance, not commitments. Maybe the guys you find are unfaithful once you're dating them because something else is going on in your 7th house, the actual commitment house.IP: Logged |

Naw, it's my jupiter square pluto and opposite venus. Wammy....but thanks For the info about the fifth house. That makes a ton of sense. I can find a ton of romance but no one ever wants to commit! I have nothing in my 7th house. IP: Logged |

It's interesting, I have a 4H Scorpio Jupiter (and well aspected) which means my 8H is Pisces and both Pisces and Cancers have featured prominently in both positive transformations and facilitating a place to live. Very lucky indeed.'Course some parts of childhood were unlucky (while other parts were very lucky) but that could be seen as Jupiter motivating me to transform (the Scorpio venom, you might be thankful for it...if you survive it intact). Jupiter is the expansion principle of growth, luck, benevolent attitudes, generosity, etc. It can also mean over-confidence when over-emphasized or not in balance. It is also the principle of debt (and unbacked currencies). In no way is Jupiter 'all good', implying Saturn is 'all bad.' We have to learn how to handle all the planetary energies and find balance. ------------------ Professional astrology - Expert rectification http://kannonmcafee.wordpress.com/ Complete descriptions of all Rising Signs. celebrity examples: https://kannonmcafee.wordpress.com/rising-signs-2/ IP: Logged |

Is Neptune your 7th house ruler? What's it doing? What are its aspects and its house placement? IP: Logged |

To find your 7th house ruler, look at the sign on the 7th house cusp. Here's a list for the sign rulers: Aries - Mars Taurus - Venus Gemini - Mercury Cancer - Moon Leo - Sun Virgo - Mercury Libra - Venus Scorpio - Pluto Sagittarius - Jupiter Capricorn - Saturn Aquarius - Uranus Pisces - Neptune Whatever planet corresponds to the sign on your 7th house cusp, that is your 7th house ruler. Jupiter in the 1st House, LeoThe placement of Jupiter hasn't been about luck for me. It describes how I see the world and myself in the world. I recognize this placement as having made up for every other deficit in my life. It describes hope, undying hope, in the face of adversity. If you have Jupiter in the 1st house, tell me you didn't get chills watching the vid below... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j_K6dYxz13Q .......or at least excited

My 7th house cusp is Aquarius 18 degrees. So my 7th house ruler is uranus. My natal uranus is in 3th house libra square mars.

I have Jupiter as ruler (sag) in 5th and have had reasonably good luck attracting suitable partners- longterm relationships or otherwise. Jupiter in the 5th could also pertain to luck with parenthood or children (if any), creative flair/self expression, desire to enjoy life, lover of risk and of course many partners.I also have uranus as ruler of the 7th (but have Venus and mercury here in aquarius)- unusual partner, detached partner or what you are looking for in a relationship and/or parts of yourself you have to confront. Or maybe you project an air of detachment on others. Mars square uranus- need for excitement, can waste energy pursuing those relationships that aren't worthy instead of trying to look for what you really need. Astrology aside, sometimes it's the vibes we put out in attracting the wrong suitor and sometimes when you least expect it a good one comes along. If you have any artistic/creative talents maybe tap into them and you might meet a like-minded person in doing so IP: Logged |

Ah, your 7th house is ruled by Aquarius, which is usually a sign that tries to avoid commitment. Uranus is the planet of sudden changes. Mars is the planet of impulse. You put those two together in a square, could indicate someone who attracts people who are not into commitments because they usually change their minds so often (especially since Uranus is your 7th house ruler). Is that the only aspect to Uranus? IP: Logged |

My Uranus trine Saturn and sun. Is there anyway to "fix" a bad 7th house ruler?? I would like to marry at some point. IP: Logged |

Expansion of what it touches for good or not good, depending such as if it conjuncts Nessus, this would not be good cuz Nessus is abuse.------------------ Want to Read Simple, Fun,Sexy Articles on Astrology? Check Me Out, DUDE. http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

Thank you Ami Anne, I have no connection to Jupiter from Nessus. I do have Nessus conjunct Sun/Mercury. Would those planets cause abuse towards me?

The only way to "fix" that is through free will. The trine to Saturn might help a bit with commitment, but just like Aries23Degrees said, you might also be investing energy on relationships you want for the moment, not the ones you need. On the more practical side, you could try to be more discerning of who you get involved with. IP: Logged |

Edgar Cayce also talked about Jupiter being a between-life 'school' for souls that are investing earthly development/focus in groups. This is part of the expansion principle as well, the ability to see and act upon common interests where there is mutual benefit and where mutual benevolence can bring about positive creative change. ------------------ Professional astrology - Expert rectification http://kannonmcafee.wordpress.com/ Complete descriptions of all Rising Signs. celebrity examples: https://kannonmcafee.wordpress.com/rising-signs-2/ IP: Logged |
