I was wondering if anyone could help me find out the ASC of the man on the left. He is the man who raised me from birth, but not my biological father. He was born 09/02/1971 in Chicago, but I cant place him.

The guy on the right is my middle brother, and he is a Libra ASC at 7* with Mars conjunct it at 4* from the 12th house. His Sun is also conjunct his moon by 1*.

I thought maybe they would have the same ASC since they look alike, but my mother and I are twins and she is a Scorpio ASC while I'm a Virgo ASC.
