Do u feel guilty after expressing your feelings to someone (good or bad) ?for example, someone i really liked, couple months ago broke my heart, after months of no contact (and me feeling angry about it til today) i decided to break no contact and let her know a piece of my mind. then after i send her these long texts of telling her what she did and how f'up it was. i felt better, for the first 5 mins, then i start feeling guilty. i normally hold onto my emotions, but i just let go on this one and now feel out of place within myself and guilty.
and now i'm like, "why did i stir up ants nest again?" and no contact for so long!

Sometimes in life you just need to leap forward and let it go. You can't be too concern too much about too many things.. Tell yourself it was what you wanted the most at the point of time..no regrets. You tried your best.And you know sometimes in lif, it always seems to be that what's meant to be would always be..

u're right! Thank u for the kind words! The second paragraph really have me thinking!I thought I would feel better after telling her how f'ud she is lol. I kinda do, cuz instead of telling other people how she was, I went straight to the bull "she's a Taurus" and confronted her with the red flag haha. But now there's this guilt. Damn mars in cap! Funny thing. Sag sun (7 house) gem moon (1st house) wants to move quickly and just let everyone have it! (Emotional cussing) but mars and Venus in cap is like "nooooo!" Stay in control! If it gave you closure then it's good, you don't need to feel guilty! Sometimes the right and best thing to do for you isn't the most pleasant. But your a person with needs and if you went far enough to write out the texts and send them then you needed that. Let it go...you did that for you and there is nothing wrong with taking care of yourself.IP: Logged |
