Hey guys I am wondering at how many degrees is considered a conjunction for an outer planet to a personal planet. Pluto in Capricorn right now is 15 11" degrees and my mars in Capricorn sits in my 6th house at 19 34' degrees. Not to mention i have a cancer rising so Uranus has just crossed over my MC a few weeks back and needless to say a huge whirlwind of career changes and opportunities. Any comment on what i may expect and when the most intense effects may be felt?

I think the closer the orb, the more intense.

But that is all "academic" study. How do you feel right now?

With Mars in the sign of efficiency(Cap), I wonder if you are thinking of starting/doing anything that will require painstaking effort or a lot of sustained energy and focus(Pluto)?

I have Pluto arcing to conjunct my Mercury by 1 degree. And I really do feel this energy building up a lot to an eventual "release".

Astrohippiegirl, that is the beginning of a Pluto transit to your Mars. You will really start to notice it when it is within 3* of exact. For now its working more psychologically in the background.

Here is my article, "Uranus & Pluto in personal growth" ...

Well just be careful of over-extending yourself.

Kannon McAfee's articles are really quite informative in far as having to recognize what this energy will do to you.

In my case, I am noticing that the transiting Pluto applying to my Mercury(conjunct) is putting me on "mute".

I am lazy to chat to people and often want alone time to just sit with my thoughts. It's making me quite the anti- social person really.

My job is a recent development and I don't feel restless at the moment. So I am curious as to what the Pluto/Uranus aspect will do to my work/home life.

Come to think of it, there have been talks of a "move" to another place of work at my employment. But that will only come late this year or next(I think).

I often think that the outer planet aspects are more of a relief to me than the inner planetary transits(especially Mars).

Reason being is that you can always anticipate something "coming" in your dreams or within your feeling place/intuition with slower moving planets.

But the faster moving ones are so sudden. So BAM sometimes-that they take the wind right out of you.

Thanks Aries and Kannon McAfee the article was insightful and definitely hit the nail on the head. Pluto is tearing up my chart right now, i just got over pluto opposition my sun in cancer at 11 degrees and its headed for my descendant as well in a couple of years so, needless to say im worried if i may survive all of these transits. Last year was a trying year for me and i feel like i have made it through the first storm so know it feels like recovery time and preparation for the next wave of pluto energy to hit my chart.

Please do tell of your Pluto-Sun opposition transit?

I am about to undergo a natl Moon-tr Pluto opposition transit myself. And they say that the opposition transit to personal planets Sun/Moon is a "self audit"; where one gets to know who they really are vs. the obstacles presented by the planet in opposition.

I can feel myself wanting to "take over" in as far as my domestic atmosphere is concerned. I keep on thinking that if I was to change this and that around the house, the whole energy of the place would be greatly improved.

But its not my house. It belongs to my parents. And the fact that I don't have a house to call my own,is an increasing concern for me.

It could also mean that there is a split between home and career i.e Pluto is arcing to conjunct my MC. So perhaps the demands of the career will take me so far and wide that my personal life(Moon),takes a back seat?

I see this as a possibility too. I think that that is how this Pluto-Moon transit is about to be operating for me so far.

But please do tell about your Sun opposition i.e Did you feel your goals(Sun)change? Or feel a lot of conflict with regards to where you are headed?

Where is your nMercury housed in?
You could be due for a massive financial gain if you don't have it already.

Sure Aries,
Well where should i start, from 2013-2014 was the worst. It just felt like there was no hope of relief or happiness, i was struggling financially, i was taking care of my two children alone and barely able to keep my lights on and the rent paid, i was in a constant state of stress from school and work. My intimate relationships also struggled and i felt alone and empty. Rhings started to get a little better towards dec of 2014 and i finally feel some sun coming into my life this year so i think the worst is over. I have read about pluto tranisting over the moon and it sounds like a complete emotional upheaval but maybe it wont be so bad for you since it sounds like your moon is going over your pluto and not the other way around.

Oh I wish Lol That would be so nice. But I will stock up on betting tickets just to cover all the angles.

My Mercury rules the 3rd house and placed in the 9th.

Amen!!! I see Pluto's work is done here. Bravo

Well actually, transiting Pluto is going over my natal Moon.

I have Mars/Moon square natally and Mercury opposite Moon too. So I am used to "self audits" really.

I just wonder what this concentrated energy of Pluto will bring about? A tense atmosphere at home? A tense atmosphere at work?

I am looking at all possibilities but I guess it'll be clearer once the transit moves to an exact conjunction and not before. Oh the suspense
