That being the case, I'd email the webmaster of the site you want to post at to ask who'd actually know the specifics (and the answer should be in the rules that any member can see). I'd only post the question you did here on LL if the webmaster wasn't getting back to me (nor is the answer in the forum rules) in which case I'd also look up another place since it's time sensitive.
