The primary emotion of a Moon-in-Aries person will be colored with anger when they feel their individuality and freedom of choice has been violated. With Cancer rising, the basic personality is almost always emotional in nature; its planet Moon is in the cardinal fire sign.

Also, she's more likely to show it outwardly when she's angry or irritated (Moon in Aries up high in chart + Mercury sextile Mars + Moon trine Pluto in fire signs). And then she has the declination aspect of Sun [7S29] contra-parallel Mars [6N46]. So astrologically speaking there's a lot of strong feeling and Martial coloring of those feelings.

Why not ask her why she's so angry? She's the only one who knows and the one who'll most benefit from being asked.
