What advice could you give to someone who is experiencing digestive issues/disorders?

This person is a Taurus Sun with late degree Pisces Asc, and I don't think that she talks much about her stresses from home or work (as a single, full-time working mom who loves her job, but doesn't make much money).

Any advice I can give this person, as far as how to deal with this placement, or any other ideas about physical issues?

Her 4th, 6th, and 8th houses are empty of planets.

Mars and Uranus also square her AC/DC axis.

I was considering just rewording it to ask if anyone has any advice for the aspects, and forget about the medical part of my question.

I have natal Mars square Uranus/IC, and I have to do certain things to work out my stress/irritability...but with my Mars in Cap/6th house, that's stuff that is good for Mars in Cap.

I'm not sure how a Gemini Mars and Sag Uranus would want to release stress/pressure when conjunct the IC/MC axis.
