I am trying to understand how I can fight the negativity it brings...

I have mars conjunct neptune nataly.

While tr.neptune squaring mars

I will have ( most of them already active ) neptune square moon, neptune conjunct jupiter, neptune inconjunct pluto, neptune square north node - neptune sextile mercury )

Saturn has already started conjucting mars & will conjunct neptune & nn as well. During saturn conjunctions I believe I will be able to control neptune squares effectively ? am I right ?

My mom has alzheimers and in the 3rd degree.. Could these aspects be related to her ?
( nMars in the 12th- rules my 4th house )

I'm guessing Neptune rules your 3rd house cusp, so you might find all matters ruled by this house 'dissolving' by Neptune.

You could be focusing your energy (Mars) into sacrificing for your mother (Neptune); Your daily commutes could be centered around visiting hospitals or care centers.

Do you have any siblings? If so, they might bring up Neptunian issues.

There will be a very strong urge to "escape" with this transit, a kind of dissatisfaction with the world as it is. You may find your boundaries becoming softer- you're more empathetic now, more susceptible to outer influences.

The best way to channel this sort of energy is either through spiritual or creative practices.

I also believe neptune square mars should be related to mom mostly...

saturn on my mars neptune conjunction - reality hit illusions about the man I love or used to love...

I do have escapist tendencies so I might resort to them.. Life feels very heavy at the moment and I need to escape from time to time..

I'll try to go with the flow...
