She had a misunderstanding with her bf. Who told her "i want nothing from you anymore, but talk to me when your in a better mood". She took that very heavy, knowing the girl has bipolar & borderline. She ran away to new york to go find her abusive ex. She's really alone and desperate, it worries me.

Based on charts, should she work out things with current bf and come back to Ottawa, or continue to find her abusive ex?

Posting the chart seems like a desperate plea to ask others to help change him and their relationship. Only one change needs to happen. She needs to let go of him emotionally and that requires... Emotional maturity and self control. Life gives you these circumstances so that you can practice and grow. That's the only reason this guy is in her life... He's not 'the one'... He's simply there to force her to grow and force her spirit to evolve.

And if it is a friend who is posting on her behalf, which I'm not so sure of, then that person is nothing more than en enabler... Just like someone who gives drugs to an addict... Part of the problem. Send the police instead.

Are talking about the abusive ex or bf? Because every time there is a problem with someone, she always thinks about going back to the abuser (first 2 charts)..

I agree. Personally, I think it's more than Borderline. Unfortunately, this forum sometimes enables this type of issues because everyone ignores the white elephant in the room.
