Hi,now saturn transits my 12 house and squares my moon ,which is in 3 house.These days i feel extremely doubtfull and everything seems suspicious,especially in my relationship.You think this transit could cause all these negative thoughts?

i have this transit at the moment.
Saturn squaring my Moon in Virgo.
i am doubtful in my relationship as well( although its a new relationship), and i have noticed my stomach hurts pretty bad..there were a few days i felt nausious, and moon is stomach...
Saturn is separating now 1,5 full degrees already, so it will be better each day
