Topic: Do you need to have Cancer placements to work with young children?

I noticed that a lot of people I worked with when I was a teacher's assistant had Cancer placements.
I know for a fact that two of them had Cancer placements. One had Moon, Venus, and Mars in Cancer. And the other one had Mars in Cancer. I don't have any Cancer placements in my chart. But I want to try being a teacher working with younger kids. I think it's my Mars in Gemini and Neptune in the 5th house that makes me enjoy working with children. The ruler of my 12th house is in Cancer. But other than that I don't have planets in Cancer. Maybe I'm just overthinking this. IP: Logged |

Gemini placements are great with children too because they are so ‘’youthful’’ I will also say the fire signs esp Leo placements love children and are also great with children. These are the ones that gonna play fight with them and let the children use them as ‘’towers’’ or buildings or whatever haha.
Earthy people and Watery people except for Cancer i don’t find are that into being around kids so much. Taurus can be happy to take them on a trip to the woods or make food for the kids, maybe even teach them how to sew or something. A practical teacher i would say Taurus is.

Great topic!I was a Pre School Assistant Teacher from 2010-2018. I was a latchkey aide for k-8 from 2011-2018. I was the Preschool Teacher from 2018-2022. I have Jupiter Cancer house 2: Second house is income. Jupiter is college. I have an associates in Early Childhood Education, and a Bachelors in Early Childhood Studies.
I also have Ceres conjunct Jupiter. I'm a Gemini rising. I have Leo IC conjunct S. Node. Deep down inside I am just a big kid, and loved when my students laughed at my dumb jokes. And thought their jokes were funny too. I have Taurus Mercury. It blows my mind that I have asteroid Child conjunct my N. node Aquarius house 9 conjunct MC 10th house. College, and career. My favorite age range to work with is 2.5-5 years old. IP: Logged |

For school teachers i would say Gemini placements would be great and Taurus for practical teaching. For Kindergarden i would say Cancer and Leo placements. IP: Logged |

I just checked the asteroid child and it's conjunct to my Sun in my 9th house. IP: Logged |
