I think an early Leo rising PM chart (10:45 or so) is most likely considering her showbiz work, her willingness to fight for her children in such a dramatic way, and the fact that her custody battle has played out in sync with the Uranus-Pluto square hitting the IC/MC axis of such a chart, because it would be in mid-Libra (IC) and mid-Aries (MC). Notice also that such a chart has North Node in 9th house of foreign countries.

Such an early Leo Asc has DC at 20 South declination, where Jupiter was when she filed for divorce from Giersch, and right where Pluto has been for a while, and now Saturn has been lately. That represents a huge power struggle with 'partner' having control.

I watched videos of her more animated when she was not talking about the crisis with her children. It is very important to see her in a variety of situations rather than just talking about one depressing type of life situation. Although, I admit I was previously unfamiliar with her, and it would be helpful to post links of her to a variety of videos.

Char25 - do you watch the Gossip Girls? Any clips of the show or casual interviews before this stuff happened with her divorce/kids?

It is also quite likely that she has Moon contra-parallel Venus given that aspect was in effect most of her birthday (about 6 AM onward), which can also soften personal expression, as water factors can.

Cancer rising is possible, partly because the Cancer rising type can vary more in its facial outline from the typical cardinal rounded outline. However, such a personality is less likely to face the public with such personal matters. Cancer rising mothers take their children quite personally. However, a late Cancer chart could be square Mercury, also produce a IC/MC axis in middle Libra/Aries, and would put at least one planet in the 5th house of drama.

She is definitely not a double Scorpio, nor is it likely at all she is a Pisces riser. Cancer is the only rising sign in water worth considering.

Virgo rising? 3 am birth time

To put that Virgo stellium in the first house, and Neptune in the 3rd house --> she comes on strong but whispers a lot. And she seems composed throughout (Virgo rising.)

You're seeing something I'm not, but you deserve credit since you are far more familiar with her. I see contained/focused fire in her eyes. It is possible she has an early day birth with Moon in late Taurus opposite Neptune. But as far as possible strong Asc alignments with Neptune, I don't see them. I went through all the 24-hour possibilities in looking at this example. I looked in both longitude and declination.

If I were doing a chart rectification for her with no birth time clues and no more biographical information, I'd start with Leo rising, Cancer rising, mid-Pisces (contra-parallel Saturn) with 1st house interception/ Aries.
