Its like I start out strong every time, REALLY strong with a BANG but then after some time I get bored :-/ don't finish & move on. This is bad! Could this be my Mars (action) being squared by Saturn, Uranus and Neptune? D: I really don't want to be this way so I figure why not start by breaking down my smaller projects doing them in steps, rather than get overwhelmed by the big picture. Its not working, how do YOU finish what you start? no matter how boring or no matter how great the return is. Thats the thing as well no matter how great the return and I know I can get it, I know I can, I still don't finish return or not though is still all the same. I get bored quickly, could it be Uranus on 2/3rd house cusp and Neptune in the 3rd ? I need structure and discipline D: you'd think having Capricorn Moon would do it -__- I also tend to leave things for the last minute. IP: Logged |

I'm like this sometimes. Dont have the square but I do have the conjunction of mars and saturn. I also have uranus square mercury and I could see how that might affect me in a way where my mind can't keep up with my ideas.IP: Logged |

I have Mercury conjunct Pluto so when I find something/someone I'm interested in I obsess over it until I have turned over every rock. What aspects/placements can it be? How do you strategize when trying to complete something? Someone once told me after taking a strengths test, you are good at creating ideas, innovative BUT the details are not for you - you start off things strong but someone else more consistent should carry on with it as you lack the patience. I'm a thinker/starter I just don't have the patience to stick around..this happens with relationships as well. I'm not Uranian :-/ well it sextiles my AC trines DC IP: Logged |

Bananaz - Uranus square Merc that's intense. I can only imagine you guys get 100 ideas per minute..jumping from subject to subject quickly! You guys don't like to repeat things right? I've noticed that in this aspect. Love it! I'm the same way. I don't have Uranus Merc aspect but Merc Pluto conjunct. IP: Logged |

SpngeBob- yea I read the square produces perseverance/persistence, in that case I agree I NEVER take no for an answer.Could this actually be Transit Uranus in my 6th house of work? Unstable work habits? IP: Logged |

I tend to start A LOT of things but ends up losing interest and won't finish them. I attribute this mainly to my gemini sun and splash chart, which creates a sort of "scattered" propensity that makes me relatively good at an incredible amount of subject, but doesn't promote deep learning in any given aspects. A Mercury-Uranus aspect comes to mind also, giving a sort of "electric" edge to the thought process, making it hard to keep focus On that same point, maybe Mars/Mercury hard aspect could cause restlessness that makes it hard to do the same thing on relatively long period. Uranus in third house would also give the same attribute. Maybe an Aquarius mercury? Or even more so a Gemini mercury (definitely gives the butterfly mind typical of gems) IP: Logged |

Gemini. I have Moon in 3rd house and sometimes I'm like that. I had a "friend" with Moon in 3rd house and she was like me. We get bored easily, that's what happens. I think is more common in Gemini, Pisces and Aquarius. Gemini and Aquarius because they like changes and get bored easily. Pisces is a little bit like them but it's more like laziness . I'm a Pisces, my dominant sign is Aquarius and well, I have Moon in 3rd house heheheh. Maybe Aries too. This could be very hard but I think if you really want something, you can get it! I know you can. You have to use the power of your moon . I don't know if that is the right way to say it? I'm sorry if I mispelled . I have ascendant in Taurus/Sun conj Saturn and that helps me. Julz Do you have any aries placements? I also have aries rising, which is known for starting things with a bang, but not so much for long term longevity.I don't know what causes it, but I can tell you what helps me. If your idea is for a project, don't sit on it. Work day and night if you have to while the passion is still there. I would actually think Merc/pluto would help you keep your eye on the prize. And yea merc/uranus has its faults but of all my hard aspects, it's the one I appreciate most. Helps me summon great ideas on command IP: Logged |

Same here, Rose, start many great things with great potential but I don't finish them I also have Uranus in the 3rd as well as Neptune which happens to sextile my Mercury conjunct Pluto in Scorp. Its gotta be uranus/neppy in 3rd..only thing I have in Gemini is chiron :-/

Well I have no Gem placements but 2 planets in the 3rd yes one in Sag the other in Cap. Power of my cap Moon is not enough though :-/ trust me I'm trying but I get bored quickly! Though I think it is indeed the 3rd house placements...Imagine what Pluto in the 3rd would be like O_O woah! IP: Logged |

But Gems are so prone to detail! Like Virgos, you guys are so nit picky and perfectionist admit it you Gem placement people if anything the reason why a Gem wouldn't finish much is not because of lack of interest your sign is ruled by Merc after all but rather because its never enough or its just not right (perfection tendencies) ever. I know several Geminis who live by the "if you want something done right you gotta do it yourself!" I admit I can be a bit like this SOMETIMES. And yes my Capricorn Moon is not enough its not lack of ambition either not with your Cap Sun or my Cap Moon...its something else hmmm IP: Logged |

No, I truly lose interest after a while. Or rather something else caught my eyes and I just swipe what I was doing on the side. And my attention span? Horrifyingly low. IP: Logged |

Sounds like your Mars-Uranus square is more to blame. Uranus loves disrupting structured effort (Mars-Saturn will make you put your nose to the grindstone whether you like it or not. I have the square, so..). Uranus squaring Mars may also give erratic willpower - enthusiasm gone as suddenly as it came. From what I've read, interest tends to wane when it reaches a point in the task that a decisive step has to be taken (oftentimes a risky one) - where the Uranian impulse collides with Mars drive. You may find it difficult to slow down, at timess may burn yourself out by biting off more than you can chew. There is a lot of original, independent energy with this aspect - just a matter of harnessing it long enough to fulfill objectives. What are the orbs of all three squares, btw? Oh, and, if I recall correctly - a Libra sun. So, it's really important to you to channel your creativity constructively, but sometimes procrastination gets in the way? IP: Logged |

Bingo! Deepsea<3 I have Jupiter Square Moon and opposite Mercury, you figured me out...I think. But yea it could very well be that though Jupiter trines my Uranus and Neppy in the 3rd. So its not THAT bad. --Do any of you guys have this aspect Jupiter to Moon or your Merc? IP: Logged |

I do have Aries placements, Jupiter in Aries conjunct DC it could be that too. Though since its on DC I tend to attract young people, Aries sun signs, expansive people (benefit through relationships) and Sagittarius folk. I can imagine about Uranus/Merc aspects, tend to get along very well with people who have the hard aspects - we speed through ideas quickly, no need to repeat and that's something they like.
