How often do people who are born in the summer months, with DST between June and August have their moons in another house and sign.

For example, I have a Libra Moon in the 8th house which has Virgo in it, on my natal chart.

I also have a friend who has a Sagiitarius Moon in the 4th house, with Scorpio in the fourth house in his natal chart.

Could this be because we both have alot of retrograde planets?

I have a Gemini Moon in the 8th, and my 8th house cusp is Taurus. I was born in January.

Then again, I have an interception in my chart, so that explains it lol.
