I am trying to study my two younger uncles. They are tall in size, but my Uncle Jeffery has a lollipop head shape, it's longated and heavy. It's oblong I think. I don't know what planet rules that headshape. He is a libra, and his moon sign is either Leo or Virgo, he is a Truck driver, so he travels alot. He is heavy set, plump for a person over 6 feet, and he is having problems with his leg circulation. He owns two cars. So I am trying to figure out what his ascendant is.

I and my sister have sag rising but our head shape is not similar BUT we have same joyful smile and prominent big teeth of sag rising if we open our mouth widely hahaha..

A more rounded face usually.

Primarose220, there are no absolute values or definitions of rising signs or its ruling planet for the physical features. You have to first look at the rest of the chart, but in general ....

Sun, Uranus, Pluto (fixity principles) in hard aspect to Asc fills it out, generally giving more a rectangular or squarish outline than average.

Venus tends to round out the face, softening edges and features.

Mercury, Jupiter, Neptune (mutability principles) tend to narrow/elongate the face and/or raise the hairline (higher forehead).

Moon tends to fill/round out the face.

Mars tends to sharpen the eyes and features, chiseling them, sometimes filling out the jawline.

Saturn tends to elongate/minimize the flesh of the face, giving a narrowing and/or raw-boned.

I am looking at my bffs rising (capricorn) and even though she does have super bony body,her face is round and fluffy,almost swallen sometimes (she is pisces sun) her saturn is in Pisces (that would explain face wouldnt it) in her first she has neptune,uranus venus - so i guess neptune as ruler of pisces would also explain her flufy round face

This can be true because planets in middle declinations (10-20° north or south) can be both square and parallel/contra-parallel the Asc, which is about the strongest placement for a planet.
