The links don't work. Based strictly on the aspects you mentioned, it honestly depends on your personality. If you are a very exciting and dynamic person who keeps people guessing, then choose the guy with Leo Venus square Uranus. I'm typically not a fan of men with venus-uranus aspects (even those with easy aspects) because they tend to be fickle. They tend to cheat. However, if you are not a traditional woman and are very spontaneous, then you will be able to keep his interest and he won't cheat.

If you are a traditional, stable, secure and emotionally-mature, woman, then choose the man with pisces venus square stature. This type of man needs consistency and reassurance. A woman that has multiple personalities or is too impulsive will not mesh well with this type of man. Venus square saturn people usually don't feel worthy of being loved. To make matters worse, this guy has pisces venus which idealizes love. They will only feel secure in a relationship if you can provide a solid and stable connection. Just be aware that this guy may have self-esteem issues.

Would this be applicable even if his 7th House Libra Moon has the following aspects, ordered by tightest orb:
1. Moon square Mercury.
2. Moon trine Mars.
3. Moon square Uranus.
4. Moon square Neptune.

A 7th house moon either wants to nurture others or wants to be nurtured. You will quickly figure out which category applies to this man. The libra moon craves relationships, but it's also known as the courtesan moon (i.e. they can detach their feelings pretty easily). This detachment can be good or bad. It depends a lot on other factors. The moon square neptune, uranus and mercury are a bit concerning. There may be a problem with deceiving others or deceiving himself. He can easily be deluded. It is difficult for him to be objective since his thinking is deeply affected by his emotions. However, he also has moon aspecting uranus, which adds detachment. This may either balance out his moodiness or he may try to hide his moodiness from you because he views his emotional side as a weakness. LOL! Most of my friends have dated men with the virgo sun/virgo moon combo. All of them cheated. No, this does not mean every person with this combo is a cheater. The point is that any sign and any sun/moon combo is capable of cheating. Don't forget that Virgo is mutable, which increases the likelihood of cheating.

That being said, no one's chart is perfect. Every chart has red flags. If you are debating between choosing two men, you ultimately pick the man who treats you with respect and kindness. Is he honest? Do his words match his actions (run if there is a disconnect)? Does he keep his promises? What are his dynamics like with his family? How does he view women? Has he cheated in the past (high school relationships don't count in my opinion)? Most importantly, do you have shared values? If you don't have compatible values, then the relationship will ultimately fail no matter how hard you both work at the relationship.

That is me as a woman to a T and sounds like most men I have dated.... I have a Cap influence, so there you go. I agree with Astra's assessments completely. See how you line up, you know how you are better than anyone reading your chart, and you will know which guy is for you!
