This is the chart of a mathematical genius who I happen to know. He dropped out of 9th grade and never studies yet became a math phd and is a researcher now. He still never has to study, he literally just knows what to do with anything mathematical and is always more knowledgeable than anyone in his field no matter how many years of expierence they have. He truly is amazing in this aspect. Which leads me to ask, what is pointing to this 'genius aspect' in his chart?

^I think Mercury square Saturn could be an indicator of genius, due to Einstein also having this aspect. I can see how this could make a mind very preoccupied with efficiency and to add the Mercury square to Pluto the tendency of obsessive thinking possibly. Haha but to be honest this guy always says Einstein is nothing compared to him... so Leo of him to mention lol.

Welcome Venus

My guitar teacher has a mainly upper hemisphere chart and he is a genius.

I am not saying this is WHY, just an interesting thing.

These upper hemisphere charts seem kind of rare.

a sign of genious is when the (major-discluding pluto) planets are spaced out in a pattern of increasing distance per each planet like this:

o..o......o..............o...........................o

That's interesting about the upper hemisphere, I wasn't aware that it is rare. How is your guitar teacher a genius? Not to be condescending, just curious.

I'm not sure. But I do know he does not enjoy teaching at all, even though he is good at it. I mention that due to the 9th house theme.

VE

It is cool to ask. I talk about him so much on here.

He is as good a guitarist as Clapton. I know that sounds weird but he is like "blowing away" material.

He was in the local symphony with another instrument, not guitar.

He can build up house from the blocks up and know everything about all the facets of a house--electrical system, plumbing etc and can fix everything

He can do all sorts of behind the scenes things like sound engineering, which is a super hard career, in itself.

Don't quote, please.

Sorry for quoting you. He sounds like a renaissance man. While that's impressive I guess I'm more curious about mathematical genius in terms of how it reflects in the chart. Thank you for sharing and for your welcome Ami.

Well, he may be a math genius, too.

I am not sure but he is someone who does not have to study and just gets everything lol

He is cute too

My personal opinion on this chart.
3rd house ruler = saturn
saturn conj. Jupiter - the greater benefic brings a good flavour to it.
SN is in the 3rd as well = lesson learned in the past.

Mercury square Saturn is with 10* orb to wide for me.

Good luck on your further research.

I agree. I imagine Mercury in Cancer (wanting to know the 'origin' of things), while Jupiter in Libra (preoccupied with how things relate to one another, balancing philosophies) could be a nice mental square with a lot of energy.

Nice insights, that does make sense to me. And thank you for your opinion on the orb of that aspect.

Ami, Quaoar is trining his mercury (2 degree orb) and is quintile his Venus in Virgo (exact). This is probably too wide of an orb to mention, however his Scorpio AC is loosely conjunct Quaoar (5 degree orb though). He always tells me his mind is more robotic than human, that he feels like a machine lol.

Yes...I immediately went on this too.

Also the locked fixed sign concentration;

Sun Leo 2 Deg
Asc Scor 7 Deg
Moon Tau 5 Deg
North Node Leo/Aqua 2 Degrees

It seems to be like he could be "downloading" much of what he knows from memory.

So its perhaps something to do with a Nodal axis? Something that he has done before.Something that he may have a vivid recollection of that it is like second nature to him?

I also always think that Sun/North node conjunctions(especially tight orbs) are worth looking at.

For me these often suggest an individual whom is a pioneer in something that has taken lifetimes to "get right"(Aries Sun Draconic)

So this individual comes with a certain kind of clarity and individualistic streak that could even be called "groundbreaking" /"unique" or "genius" etc. with regards to that areas of life that she has mastered.

In this case,it could be the ability to look at the bigger picture or recognize the connectivity of things(9th)?

Is the ASC on the Pluto-Uranus midpoint in Scorpio, opposing the moon (his Mercury's dispositor?)

I've noticed a lot of geniuses are prominent in water or have a strong moon-Mercury link.

Einstein, Bobby Fisher - Pisces suns

Daniel Tammet - Pisces SN, possble Pisces moon

(I wonder if his Mercury is on the moon-Neptune midpoint?)

Kim Peek - Scorpio sun, Pisces NN
