Well, it goes up/down tbh.

On some days, I may assertively pursue. On other days, I become passive. Always the flip flop.The reason for this is because Libra likes and is motivated by RECIPROCITY.

I always say that attraction is a conversation and not a monologue. I can't do it on my own.

O God, I've recently met a man with mars in Libra (conjunct saturn and pluto). What you say is very true in my experience, especially about body language, reciprocity and subtlety. I think what matters to Mars in Lib (considering ONLY this placement)is the approach.You gotta warm them up beforehand and(unless other aspects/ placements suggest otherwise) what matters a lot with these people is that you are considerate of their needs .
