We look to Ascendant and its planetary aspects, 1st house planets, sometimes Moon and its aspects, and we compare how this would alter things generally from your family's characteristics. What planets are emphasized, etc.

First, a chart has to be accurate enough along the Asc to make such comparisons, and this one is not. The chart made by the 9:30 PM time is definitely not accurate enough, being at least near an hour of clock time off. You could have Gemini rising, but not at that degree. Therefore Mars is not square your correct Asc and Jupiter not conjunct it. Those would in theory indicate a scattered person full of big ideas and quick changing impulses who is eager to speak and assert opinions, eager to compete (at least in the world of ideas if not as an athlete). But that is all theory since the chart this data creates is not real. Because Mars is square Jupiter in your chart you do have some of that quality, but not in close relation to your actual Asc.

So I'm not going to be able to give you definitive answers based on the chart created by that time -- only theoretical ones. Birth charts are too often based on 'official' but misleading data. They often have to be calibrated (fine-tuned) in order to click into place for fully accurate readings.

I recommend you read descriptions of Aries rising, Taurus rising, Gemini rising, Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Saturn, to see which of those you most relate to. It is unfortunate, but yours is one of those charts that will not give accurate correlations to body and personality if taken as is.

you're the first person to point that out... I have to admit that I was shocked that you didn't mention anything about Scorpionic influence. My hair and eye color is rather dark for Geminis and Libras, I have the classic Scorpio hair with the darkness and fullness of it, my eyes are quite dark too. I read somewhere that a Scorpio hair is quite dark but in the sun there's a reddish tone to it from the Mars influence which perfectly describes my hair. My eyes are quite dark for a Libran and a Gemini too...
I believe the obvious Libran characteristics I portray are the dimples that I have on my cheeks and my chin,
and also the light/pale complexion.

Well...one thing you've not taking into account here is that you're of a particular ethnicity which has a HUGE influence on what you look like - moreso than astrology. Also your genetic makeup stemming from your parents/family of course.

Certain ethnicities lend themselves to very distinct physical features. For instance, it's very rare you see someone who is truly middle eastern with naturally blonde hair. Generally speaking, most have either dark brown or black hair. Among this group, you will have the spectrum of ASC's and it may be more difficult to correctly pinpoint the ASC based on physical appearance alone.

The ASC to me is more of an essence anyway than purely physical. It's the vibe you give off, the impression you leave, your initial reaction in a crowd of strangers, etc.
