...does what was asked behind the back? For instance; this person is being offered an ice cream but says: "noooo, I HATE that type of ice cream" but can then be found to eat same type of ice cream when no one sees. OR Same person is being asked to go for a walk around the lake, says "NOOOOO I HATE WATER!!!" and then goes for a walk around the water after having lied saying he/she went to store instead. And the list goes on and on and on... Apects/signs/house???? IP: Logged |

Lol, whatever it is my dad has something quite like it.For example, when asked if he can help out with something or fix something around the house he'll say NO (or at least, no I don't have the time, or no why does that need to get done now, or no whose stupid idea was that)... but then the next day he will have fixed it anyway, in secret, when no one was looking. I also travel a lot with my dad, and he'll never admit to enjoying it and if I ask where we should go next he'll say nooo, I don't like traveling, or no I'll never have the time for that. But then a few days or weeks later he'll have it all planned out and found free time for it. Oh, and then there is his apparent hatred for animals. He'll complain endlessly about animals and how much of a chore they are... and then in secret, when no one is looking, he'll get really cuddly with them. And it's not just pets either. He once had a bird's nest in his garage and got mad about the birds crapping on his car. Then one day the nest broke and the baby birds dropped to the garage floor. You'd think he would say 'good riddance' and go on with his life, one annoyance fewer, but no... he painstakingly repaired the nest and put the baby birds back. And then went straight back to complaining about said nest. I've always found it weird... but also kind of endearing. And these days I just know not to take his first opinion on a matter as the final opinion. Or really take any strong opinion of his seriously. As for aspects, signs or houses... No idea really. One would suspect something to do with Mercury but idk. My dad has Mercury at 0 degrees Taurus opposite Libra Jupiter and Scorpio Neptune and North Node (so SN is conjunct Mercury). Mercury is also square Uranus. Here is my dad's chart, but keep in mind that birth time is approximated. I only know that he is born around midnight, but no one can remember on which side... and that makes a whole lot of difference. In any case ascendant is bound to be at the end of Scorpio or beginning of Sagittarius, which gives an approximation of the house positions of planets... but not a very good one. IP: Logged |

My first instinct was some sort of Neptunian influence, and in his chart he has Neptune-Moon, trine Venus, opposite Mercury. This explains his sympathetic tendencies, which he probably tries to hide (most Neptunian men do in my experience).I find Merc-Neptune folks especially will lie, sometimes innocently, and for no reason at all. About the silliest of things too, which I can't understand. For instance...my coworker went overseas on vacation and came back with her hair obviously cut. We all complimented her new hair, to which she said "I didn't do anything with my hair!"...and then later admitted accidentally in conversation that she visited a hair salon. Why lie about something so trivial? It happens alllll the time too, about ANY subject. We've kind of come to expect it from her now. It's part of her charm IP: Logged |

I have Mercury opposite Neptune in my own chart too (one of my closest aspects) and I've never had that tendency myself. So I'd think there needs to be some other component too? Maybe the addition of Jupiter acts to exaggerate...? Or possibly it's my own Mercury/Mars/MC conjunction that counteracts the trait in me...?IP: Logged |

Argh! Its Aqua energy. They just insist on being unnecessarily "different". Not the type to want to do anything "normal" or "conventional"(This especially when everyone else is doing it or looking) IP: Logged |

Hahaha I do that sometimes, just because my first instinct is "no". I don't know what I could blame. Maybe my Neptune and Uranus aspects?IP: Logged |
