Would everyone's Jupiter who is the same age as me make aspects to my personal planets?

Roughly yes, Jupiter travels 0 to almost 15 minutes a day staying in each sign for about a year.

But take note that their Jupiter could be in a different house aspecting their own planets so that makes a bigger difference.

So basically the person will have the same feelings and experience with everyone in our age group? I thought perhaps we could bond due to the fun we have but I guess not. I guess that’s how it is being the same age with someone the synastry you have with them is similar to everyone else’s. So everything feels the same with everyone. I want people to feel different with me than how they feel with anyone else. I don’t know if that makes sense.

The degrees need to be close enough though. So it's not technically everyone in that year, but everyone within a certain time frame of a given year. Assuming your own Jupiter is also making contacts to your personal planets that is... Plus it depends how strong Jupiter is in their own chart for you to potentially feel the effect. And if you like the 'style' Jupiter they're emanating. Like a Mars/ Jupiter might be pretentious while a Mercury/ Jupiter probably chatty. So if they impose their Mars/ Jupiter on your Mercury as an example, it'll now depend how much you like being in that chatty state for one. Two, if you like chatting with them at all. Like if their 'Mercury' state fits yours. Like me as an example, I'd probably find someone boring with a 6th house Mercury simply cuz I'm probably not interested in talking about health and fitness all the time (that's different than a Mercury Virgo BTW). So it's not necessarily 'how' they talk which you might find attractive given their sign, but rather if you find them entertaining enough which is rather the house position and makeup.

I get it like this person says they are macabre. I have Mercury in the 8th house so they may like talking with me about 8th house matters. But what about where their Mercury falls in your chart?

Interesting. It's cool actually how you have it in the eighth and he's that sorta nature. Does his Jupiter aspect your Mercury? And has that part already manifested, where he likes to talk these sorts of stuff with you?

(this one guy has his Venus conjunct my Mercury which sits in my eleventh... he has a Uranian perspective on stuff which I found intriguing... he has his Mercury in Aquarius so it makes sense... and yeah I loved chatting with him)

I'm thinking about Mercury overlays... this same guys' Mercury sits in my ninth... I don't think we discussed any ninth house matters... actually I do remember now, religion was a topic between us... and true it had an Aquarian twist so it didn't feel like religion but rather as some scientific subject.

It probably bounces both ways though. Like the way you feel about his Mercury in your house overlay might be a different experience he has with overlays to his chart.

And it obviously also depends how strong he relates to his Mercury.

His Jupiter conjuncts my Mercury and he has Mercury trine Pluto in his own chart. So that could be why because in his own chart his Mercury is aspected by Pluto. So I guess it make sense that he would like talking about 8th house things. And yes is we’ve talked about some things I can tell he likes it. His Mercury falls in my 11th house. And my Mercury falls in his 10th house. In his own chart he has Mercury in his 1st house and my Mars conjuncts his Mercury. My Jupiter squares his Mercury and Mars I enjoy talking to him he makes me laugh. I hate that we have Mercury square Mercury and Mars square Mercury. Because I love our interaction it’s just fun. I guess maybe the Mercury/Jupiter aspects help.

I think you'd feel if the square had any real effect.

The fact that he has Mercury in the first I think it may even be an attraction point that your Mars conjunct it. It's that sort of thing where a person makes you feel confident and you feel better in their presence... you like them rather due to the rapport vs them as a being. So he may feel really good in your presence hence like being around you.

And I think the Mercury square, it depends what Mercury you bring to the table. And how he relates to that sign in general. Like if your Mercury conjuncts any of his other personal planets, his entire life he's used to the battle between them so isn't really bothered by it.

Like my ex has his Mercury in Capricorn squaring mine in Aries. I hated it. Especially his Mercury was conjunct Saturn. I felt that we never were able to agree on anything. That being said, I don't really have Cap placements except the outer planets. And my North Node which probably makes me feel uncomfortable with that energy in general.

On that note, I get along fine with Mercury in Cancer. I have Cancer placements myself so know how to deal with them sort of. It feels pretty natural to me.

My Mercury is in Aries and his Mercury is in Cancer. He doesn't have any Aries placements. The only placement I have in water is my Venus. It's interesting that you say my Mars being conjunct his Mercury makes him feel confident I never thought about it that way lol that does make sense though.

Oh it seems like it's his Mars that conjuncts his Mercury? Your Mars seems to be unaspected... (thought you said your Mars conjuncts his Mercury, probably a typo I guess)

BTW the reason I say it would make him confident... given that his first house Mercury would probably like to talk about himself and your Mars coming in there and kinda pushing that energy to the max. It would pump his ego up. But the layout is different than I thought.

Wanna post the charts with the degrees part at the bottom?

I don’t know why I said my Mars but it’s his Mars that squares my Mercury. Are you saying to post our natal
charts? So is it similar when someone’s Sun aspects a persons Mercury in the 1st house? Or is it different with Mars?

Yes, post your natals please.

I think Sun to Mercury can feel similar... but Mars is someone's drive while Sun is the stuff people are into.

So say someone's into art... it may feel like a natural thing to discuss but nothing passionate about it. Mars will be more like 'omg you do that too!'. It'll bring about a passionate response.

But think of Sun as a thing that shines. So it'll bring light to Mercury's perspective and perhaps make them see things in a new light, literally.

Natally you have a Mercury/ Jupiter conjunction which will give you an expanded mindset. I think the square can be looked at several ways. But it's forceful no less. So you'll activate his Mercury Mars conjunction. And given that it's in his first, it's part of his personality naturally.

And how he relates to that activation?

First his third house (naturally Mercury) is ruled by Sun and is in Gemini, a placement that naturally loves to dip their feet into everything. And I don't know the degrees precisely, but it seems like Jupiter sextiles his Sun too? From Aries... he may actually be really feeling your Mercury/ Jupiter square thinking that you force him to expand his own knowledge. And your perspective is helping him towards it.

Oh I guess you don't have his time of birth. (It's different than the first chart you posted)

Ok these are the natals and the correct synastry chart with the right birth times.

Yeah honestly I wouldn't be too concerned with that square. (unless are you feeling something else?)

BTW curious how you feel about your unaspected Mars? (I realize that it's at his Sun/Venus midpoint - not sure how to precisely interpret it though but it's worth looking into)

I know the conjunction between my Mars and his Venus is wide but I still feel it. He’s really active with that Mars in the 1st house. I can really see that with his behavior he moves around a lot lol. I do feel like his Mars squaring my Mercury could be a problem if I provoked him or said something that really upset him. I can tell he could be aggressive and kind of bossy. But it’s ok I had a nice time with him. I really enjoyed his company and being out with him. He said he had fun too I’m glad I went out with him. It’s nice to have fun and it’s not just about sex. I wish I had more friends like him lol.

I honestly still wouldn't be concerned about the square... I don't think the planets in aspect are that harsh to aggravate him.

The reason I'm saying it is cuz my Mercury squares my Mars natally... People tend to think that I blow up easily, when to me it just feels like I'm being pretty mediocre. And I mean that seriously.

But a Mars square to my Mars/Mercury is really frustrating that I have to say... But I'm really curious if he actually gets frustrated by you or he's just being himself. Even if triggered. Cuz it's probably also his Jupiter square at play there. But I wouldn't necessarily consider it a bad relationship due to it. It's where you learn.

So my Mars squaring his Mars/Mercury conjunction makes him frustrated? Ah well I guess it just hasn’t showed yet. But what about Mercury square Mercury?

Your Mars isn't squaring his Mars/Mercury though. It's your Jupiter/Mercury squaring his Mars/Mercury.

And this is why you think he’ll become frustrated by me? Well we seem to get on pretty well so far. So perhaps it’s not a major issue. But I think Mercury square Mercury would be the major issue.
