Does the 8th house rule sensuality? Someone who read my chart said that I’m a sensual person. But I’m not sure why. The only thing I can think of is the heavy 8th house influence.IP: Logged |

I have my chart ruler Venus in Taurus in the 8th house... And I'm extremely sensual, to the point of decadence. But I think that's a combination of Venus + Taurus + 8th house. IP: Logged |

There could be other house placements or aspects that indicate sensuality not just these. I believe 8th house placements as well. IP: Logged |

That would explain the sensual thing. But I suppose Scorpio can be too. I just think people usually associate Scorpio/8th house as more sexual than sensual. Which btw someone on dxp once mistaken me for you 😂 I have no idea why I guess the names seem similar ------------------

Yes I am a Taurus Sun my MC is also in Taurus. But I have a heavy 8th house. With Venus, Mercury, Jupiter and North Node. I use to be a member on dxp but I'm not anymore my name wasn't ChildofVenus on there though.

And maybe the Pisces venus because I also have Pisces venus and I think Im more “sensual” than “sexual” but 8th house is known for sexualily and intensity, and with those combined I think you need to be sensual so 8th house stellium people are probably pretty sensual. Oh yeah I quit dxp a while ago too lol but I think that guy still lurks on here. Because Ive had several different names during my time on dxp and the time he mistaken me for you on dxp my name wasn’t even SoulOfABird😂 ------------------

It depends on your definition of 'sensuality', but 8th house is seen as strictly dealing with intimacy and passion, along with pluto and scorpio. Like I said before, Venus is exalted in Pisces, so that might cause heightened sensuality. Again, it really depends on your definition. IP: Logged |
