For the remaining 2 months of this decade, my primary focus is reaching 10% body fat, my six-pack revealing itself in its entirety, and fitting my hands around my waistline again. Once 2020 starts, I’m planning on moving forward with taking active measures to become an IFBB Pro within the next 5 years; I’ll have the OPA Ambassador, who was also a Provincial and National-Level judge, as my fitness mentor and professional posing coach. My final physique-goal is to build 5-10lbs of upper-body muscle mass, and 25lbs of lower-body muscle - preferably by June 30th 2021, if not December 31st 2020. ------------------ Cancer Rising 2nd House Leo Sun 3rd House Leo Mercury 6th House Sagittarius Moon & Pluto 1st House Cancer Venus & Mars 9th House Pisces Jupiter conjunct MC. You have a sportsman formula in your natal chart (if I got your birthtime right) plus Jupiter in Zenith. It all gives a successful career in sport. You will gain that success in three years when Jupiter will transit your own natal Jupiter and Zenith. But please be careful on these days in November: 1st, 10th, 12th and 24th of November. You may be injured on these days. I realized it while contemplating your chart and just want to warn you. IP: Logged |

I would generally look to Mars-Saturn combo signatures. Mars for the energy, natural muscle building (Mars relates strongly to the gonads and to testosterone) and machismo aspect, and Saturn to the self control/discipline aspect. Jupiter and Sun strong show increase in vitality, as well as positive attitudes that increase chance of success along with the hard work of Mars-Saturn combo patterns. Sometimes also just seemingly ¨lucky breaks¨ are associated with strong Jupiter and/or Sun. *Edited for excessive preachiness. IP: Logged |

I'm born at 3:18am! Thank you so much. Do you mean injured physically, emotionally, or psychologically? I recently finished a 14-Day Water Fast, ended it the evening of October 29th; so for the next 7 days, I will solely be eating 2 big bowls of my mother's zero-carb vegetable soup, followed by 7-days of 6 Eggs/Day. ------------------ Cancer Rising 2nd House Leo Sun 3rd House Leo Mercury 6th House Sagittarius Moon & Pluto 1st House Cancer Venus & Mars 9th House Pisces Jupiter conjunct MC. NO astrological factor gives any guarantee. Astrology is a subtle influence, not insurance of an outcome. What relates to this astrologically is Sun, Mars and Pluto well positioned relative to Asc, 1st house in the birth chart. ------------------ Soul Stars Astrology by The Declinations Guy Expert birth chart rectification IP: Logged |

I'm afraid it may be a physical injury so be careful, especially during trainings. Or maybe it makes sense to cancel trainings for those days I mentioned. Judging by your astrological characteristics you shouldn't have problems with gaining weight. But I ask my father, he says that it depends on your weight category. He was a inter-regional champion in weight-lifting. Were you born in Toronto? I looked at your chart with this city IP: Logged |

I also see Mars/Uranus as a common thread in folks who enjoy being physical and using their bodies for various activities. Or they require a physical outlet of some kind for all that energy. It's electricity in the veins. IP: Logged |

I would agree that these people have a lot of nervous energy. But with that is also the tendency for them to be "all over the place" if it is not streamlined somewhere. There has to be an added disciplinarian to add habitual patterns to the haphazard influence that Uranus/Mars both have on each other.Either through Pluto's obsessive ways or Saturn's disciplinarian approach. My thinking is that Saturn should be involved- perhaps in aspect to Sun/Moon or Venus/Mars. This is because of the emphasis on " build " in "bodybuilding". And Saturn is about structure, discipline, restraint, rules & consistency. Pluto in aspect to Sun/Moon for the "all out" commitment to the task hand and desire to "transform" oneself. The extremes may need to managed so that one doesn't kill oneself. People often ignore midpoints. Look for midpoints that =Sat/Plu i.e Ven/Sun= Saturn or Moon/Mars=Pluto etc. I would include Mars for competitiveness. But Mars tends to want things to happen overnight. So unless its aspected by Saturn/Pluto, there tends to be very little commitment on a long term anything. Chyna ( WWWE Wrestler and world renowned bodybuilder)has Sun/Moon square Pluto natally. Mars is in Pluto ruled Scorpio. Saturn aspects Mercury/Venus by opposition. Add to that Saturn ruled Sun/Jupiter and North node. Chiron in competitive Aries squaring Sun and North node in Cap. She wanted to be the best(Aries) i.e the standard to beat(Cap). IP: Logged |
