I experienced anxiety for the first time in my life July 2020. (For context I have natal Mercury sq Moon. Mercury ruling 3rd/11th and Moon ruling 12th) When this panic attack occurred Saturn rx through 6th house, on my Mercury in exact conjunction. Pluto rx also through 6th house, in tight square to my Moon.

Over time from notations, I've been able to TIME my anxiety attacks. For exp.

● Mercury transits under any Cardinal signs aspecting natal Moon/Mercury

● Mercury transit through 3rd or 6th

● Mars transit through 3rd

BUT MOST NOTABLY:
● Moon transits under any Cardinal sign about 2° before exact aspect

Because they're way more sudden, intense and then fleeting.
