Have you seen people who change their eye color very drastically?
My own eyes have yellow/ brown and grey/blue pigments so they might look differently. Sometimes lighter , sometimes darker. In some rare periods, they could become strangely light blue. One person (A) could go from really light blue to dark brown, the crazy difference. Scorpio is involved. With someone else, I would think about colored contacts, but he doesn’t give this impression and generally could look scary differently. Almost, unrecognized. Neptune/AC, a lot of 12th house? (no Tob)

jennifercheck, Neptune oppos. AC - looks like the possible reason and Aquarius stellium.
Also, your Mercury isn’t aspected much. Are you attracted and//or greatly influenced by people who aspect your Mercury?Interesting, if I put Neptune opposite that guy AC, Leo-Aquarius could be his MC-IC axis, and it’s my axis too... And he has Sun/Jupiter, and his Mercury isn’t aspected too well🤔 IP: Logged |

jennifercheck, in my opinion it's you're mutable energy. Especially Sagittarius. It has been in some lesser known places been reffered to a the chameleon of the wheel.
That sag house is pretty busy. I'm a sag rising with Neptune in 1st. I've had the effects of my features and eyes changing. Lastly It could be one reason there's a lot of models/actresses who have strong sag energy. The adaptive nature.
Another possibility are gems. I mean they are the twin afterall!

I have dark brown eyes with golden and I mean GOLDEN flecks very apparent. I think it's my Sag rising paired with Neptune conj Ascendant.------------------

I have dark brown hair and dark brown eyes and they don't change.However, I have been told that I can look like a totally different person b/c of my body's tendency to retain a ton of water. I can literally put on 10-12 lbs of water weight in a day. So much so that my neighbors have occasionally not recognized me and thought I was AirBnB-ing out my apt... I have Neptune (Sag) and Venus (Can) aspecting my Leo Asc. Also Moon in Gemini. I've been told that I can appear very different depending on whether or not I'm wearing makeup. I'm wondering if that's the Leo Asc influence... And I frequently get told that I give off "actress vibes" even though I'm not at all flamboyant or talkative. I'll just be sitting there quietly and people would look at me with that "where have i seen her before" look...although that might be due to the Neptune? I wish I could change my eye color though! Almost everybody mentioned Neptune. Maybe, generally mutable energy.
Also, eyes could be related to Mercury. And in the chart above Mercury square MC, as well in couple other charts with different colored eyes. IP: Logged |

That's an interesting observation. I can completely change my look by doing something as simple as doing my makeup in a slightly different way or changing my hair color. I literally accidentally end up looking like a different person without putting much effort into it. IP: Logged |

I've been recounting the number of people I've met who have Sag or Gem rising and I just wanted to note that indeed Sag seems to win out here, especially when aspected by Neptune. Recently I met this guy who is a Sag rising with Saturn in the 1-H (Tau sun, Sco moon, Gem mars) and I swear, he can look like a totally different person depending on the day. There are some days when his face appears long and rectangular (very Sag-like) and his bone structure is quite pronounced. And then there are days when it appears very round, softer, more "bloated", more Taurean in nature. Maybe he had too much to drink or didn't sleep well but his face definitely changes quite dramatically depending on whatever circumstances that I am not privy to. His blue-grey eyes are a darker shade (Sco moon) but can appear either medium grey or a very dark blue-grey, almost dark brown in certain lights. In fact, I initially thought he had brown eyes for weeks until I saw him in the daylight where the sun shone in his eyes and I suddenly noticed that they were actually grey! IP: Logged |

I have grey eyes that sometimes look blue or green, depending on how the light hits them or what colors I'm wearing. And I have a similar thing happeing with my hair too. It's usually a warm light brown but sometimes it looks darker, sometimes more reddish. I have Neptune on IC and Mercury on MC, both almost exactly square Ascendant. IP: Logged |

The mixed or blue/green eye color in my observations most often relates to the rising signs Pisces, Sagittarius, or Libra, and the planet Neptune in 1st or in angular aspect (conjunct/parallel/square/opposite/contra-parallel) the Asc.------------------

That's true for my chart. My Ascendant is at 6° Libra, with Neptune at 7° Capricorn.
