I made a mistake.
The title was supposed to be:
Why Chaldean Numerology Isn't Chaldean

I found something about Chaldean Numerology isn't Chaldean. It says that it's modern invention based on the Hebrew Qabalah.

It said that Chaldean Numerology doesn't use 9 because the Hebrew letters corresponding to 9 didn't originate any letter in our alphabet.
