I want to create a daily habit I'm using a habit tracker app to see how long I can go Except not having a goal will not be that motivating so I want to try 10 days in a row However what should I do once I've completed those 10 days? Should I go back from zero, continue counting from 10, take a break. Etc. IP: Logged |
