Have you heard about the CA gas prices and how the gov is trying to take action? It's insane over there! How do you think this will affect the race? Will it cinch CA for Romney?

Since we're on the topic, I just have to report that I thought it was ridiculous when I got onto Facebook this morning, and saw a local news program had posted that gas prices had risen by a penny over night. Thanks KRON, but I'm sure I can do without the news of a penny rise in gas prices.

Hey Randall, I'd like to say there's enough rational people left in California who will pull the lever for Romney and hand him California's electoral votes but I don't think that's true.

You've got it right, it's a mess and part..a big part of the mess is the many different blends of gasoline mandated by the state. I've been reading about stations running out of gas and stations posting gas prices near $6 per gallon. Some stations are selling their high octane gas for regular price just to service customers.

But Jerry "Moonbeam" Brown and demoscats in general will blame it all on oil companies greed and attempt to tie the oil companies to Romney. I think CA voters are so uninformed and so dependent on government they'll believe whatever they're told to believe. After all, they keep electing the worst state legislature in the United States.

So, I don't think Romney has a chance in California.

Btw, I've already seen attempts to tie oil company greed to the CA mess when it's no such thing.

Thanks, Jwhop. I concur with everything you said. Or should I say "Ditto" since you are a pseudonym for Rush?

yes it seems the word INVESTIGATION (by senator feinstein) has caused the price to drop radically again...nothing to do with the oil companies of COURSE!
