There's a Family Guy episode where liberal Brian who hates Rush reads Rush's book and gets converted. Rush actually stars in the episode. He can make fun of himself. Great show!IP: Logged |

Actually, I was thinking about what makes Rush so great. He has a combo of things which are rare. He has a cutting edge sense of humor. Humor is a risk which few people will take because if the joke bombs, you have to have enough sense of self for everyone to look at you, as if you are a weird-o.
He has a great self confidence this way.
He has his own mind He is one of the greatest independent thinkers out there, bar none imo All the rest of the talk radio guys take their ideas from Rush. They are minature Rushs, basically. He has super high morality and values. Without this, he would not be respected. He has a great understanding of human nature.
He has great humility. To have all of these in one person is what makes someone a star. He has Sun conjunct the MC, which is interesting, too. Of course, he is very intelligent, but there are many intelligent people out there, who could never imitate him.

I am thinking the worst. O'Bomber really does want to destroy our greatness, as he does not like the US to be the wonderful, strong country it is. He wants to make it into a European socialistic kind of model. I am very grieved by this.------------------

Well, what I just realized was that it was conscious, on his part, not incidental. That is a big difference, like manslaughter or murder. ------------------

The real purpose of global warming is to redistribute wealth from nations like the US to smaller nations. The "Green" Movement is all about control, power, and profits. Some individuals buy into it by being duped by false science and manufactured data and others by a "need" to do something that they view as a positive contribution...but most are just controlled by fear--and the leaders of it laugh all the way to the bank (literally). The EPA is another one to take power when they want it. Randall, I think the US is doomed. We are over, as we know it. God knows what will come.------------------
