At that point, unless someone has some kind of immune disorder which requires they wear masks pandemic or no pandemic, people are wearing masks as a way to hide their faces and feelings from the world. Masks have become an emotional shield.

Some people love to live their lives in fear. Fear is a powerful emotion. Masks allow them to feel like they are exercising some measure of control over their lives, even if it is a false sense of security and a fake tool for control.IP: Logged |

I'm not living my life in fear, I don't want to get covid again. FFS, you're all ridiculous, and so disrespectful. Whatever happened to choosing to do what's right for you? You never believed that, you just want everyone to stop wearing them, because you're lying to yourselves, and don't like to see evidence that other people aren't.IP: Logged |

I’m not thrilled that I’m alive, but I don’t want to catch Covid, and potentially infect my dad, or my remaining cats. I don’t know if I gave Covid to my little cat who died over a month ago. I’m still having trouble with that. I noticed that he was sick, a few days after I got my first fever. He was snuggled up with me, and sick. I also don’t want to catch it,and pass it on. My business - mine. Oh, I’ve just remembered something, but I can’t post it, because it has swearing in it. IP: Logged |
