President Trump says he will present irrefutable evidence that exonerates him. Not that he needs exonerating. These charges are as bogus as the other three indictments. If you want to know how crazy the DA is, the fact that she thinks she can have the trial in February is all you need to know about her mental state and legal competency. She has 19 defendants, and some of them are the best lawyers in the state. There is going to be voluminous discovery, and that will take many months. She should be aware of that.

You need to stop listening to awful legal advice from your questionable news sources. It just feeds your TDS. There is no jury yet. This case has months of pretrial motions to go through. First and foremost, wrong jurisdiction. Until there is a gag order, President Trump has free speech. But since you mentioned a jury pool, who did President Trump’s actions purportedly hurt? Georgia voters in that county. Therefore, there can be no impartial jury there, so in the very least, the trial must be moved from that county.
