A great sense of humour, out going, intelligence, honesty, loyalty and a love for animals, well there's lots more but that's what attracts me AND if he loves cake then it's a match made in heaven LOL------------------ quote: "What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies with in us." -- Ralph Waldo Emerson

With sparkles- perferrably glitter or rhinestones. Drop a few down a path and we'll follow right to the person LOL...But.. now that you have attracted the Sag, how will you keep them? IP: Logged |

My view on this may be skewed since my Mercury is in Sag. For my Sag and I it was an instant communication bond. Her Sun was on my Mercury, and it was easy to talk to her, and for her to talk with me. It probably helps to be the first to make a move, too.IP: Logged |

My mother is a Sadge, and her friends laughed when she announced that she was engaged. My Dad is the only man to have held onto her (after she slipped away the first time, due to his behaviour); he's the only one to get her down the aisle.. and on her wedding day, she was chit-chatting with an old boyfriend (I think it was), outside the church; my Uncle had to hurry her up. Mutual friends tried to set them up, and my Dad, who was normally shy, and didn't have much experience with girls - cheeky and cute as he was - who expressed disdain over the fact that they were trying to set them up. Mum thought he was rude, so she made a point of going around to their place, when he was there the following week, wearing a mini-skirt that definitely caught his attention - he loves her legs. He offered to drive her somewhere to buy my aunt a chocolate bar, and then asked her out. First date was The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly... he fell asleep, and she, used to guys being all over her (but not getting anywhere, other than some kissing), thought he wasn't interested. At one point, when they were walking somewhere, she offered up the fact that her hands were cold - hoping he would take her hand - and he said, "So put them in your pockets, dummy!" She was peeved by the time they got back to her house, and had it not been for his leaving something at their house, she might not have seen him again. When she brought it to him on the street, he shyly asked her out (or for a kiss, and another date, I can't remember exactly); she thought, "Aww, he *does* like me!" and happily agreed to it. First exchange of "I love you's" had him deciding they were to be married, which caught my mother short - she wasn't prepared for that - but she was ready by the time they went through with it, both drunk on the actual day, thanks to those offering them alcohol to take the edge off. Dad fell asleep during the part where they kneel down, holding hands... Mum had to grab his hand really hard, to wake him up, as he started to fall forward. My aunt was cracking up in her seat, and one little old lady, misjudging the situation, said to her, "This is the happiest wedding I've ever been to!" She didn't know the half of it... A Sadge woman and a Taurean man with a Sadge ascendant... IP: Logged |

The trick is to be "fun" like an air sign... and brush them off, like an air sign.Saggies will persist, persist, persist, just because they're so convinced they're missing out on the excitement, and because naturally they like the "hunt" and "chase". IP: Logged |

Never be boring. We hate boring. Leave some mystery, we like to figure things out, if you go blabbing everything on the first date, we feel like there isn't much left to know!DON'T BE A COUCH POTATO. ICK! We hate that. It's ok to sit and watch movies sometimes but if that is your main source of entertainment, we'll leave you to it! PS has it right, we like the chasing. If something comes to us too easy we may think it doesn't have as much value as the things we have to work hard for. I feel like I just violated a secret code! IP: Logged |

Teasel That is an awesome post about your mom and dad. Congrats to them!I definitely appreciate when a man is up to date on current events, has passion for life and knows how to treat a woman without being a push over. Bear was quiet, mysterious but had something about him that really got to me. He didn't pursue me as much as things just happened (I opened my mouth first and since then we've been together LOL). I love that he is even tempered, I'm highstrung enough for the both of us and he's adventurous (definitely not afraid to see the world). He is well traveled (Army) and made me feel completely safe when I joined him in Germany after we got married. I think Saggies also need someone that can keep our interest, make us laugh and put us on our places when we get too out of hand LOL.. Bear has the patience of Job but even he has had to tell me to cool it once in awhile All that said, I will add that the one major thing that ticks me off and many Archer that I know as well, is mind games. Say what you want to say but don't play word games and act one way when you feel another. I love wit and sarcasm but some of the games played by guys in the past earned them a one way ticket to Guttersville. IP: Logged |

I don't know about Sagittarians in general but the biggest single turn OFF for me is someone being a follower. Biggest turn ON - intensity. And the beauty is you can't fake those qualities. You're either a follower or a leader. And either an intense individual or a sap. No inbetweeners. No fake, punk-a$$ed, earth-having automotons for me, thank you very much. ------------------ Lack of Earth - Lack of bu11shit. IP: Logged |

That's funny. I'm predominantly Earth, and I am the antithesis of a wuss...a born leader alpha male @ss kicker who kicks @ss and takes names--well, no, who cares what their names are. I think you have your Earth interpretation wrong and mistake calm resolve for failure to take action. I love the loud and crazy guys who try to intimidate others by acting macho, and I just let them make the first punch, so I don't go to jail (always the responsible one), and then they wind up landing very hard on the floor/ground--usually with a broken arm. If they are drunk, so much the better, because though alcohol may make them brave (i.e. stupid), it also throws off their equilibrium. IP: Logged |

Could be your other placements Randall. My sister is predominantly Earth and she used to get caught for all my ingenuity...I sometimes felt bad that my parents thought she could come up with schemes like that Not saying that she is slow, just that I'm light-speed ------------------ अस्तो मा सद् गमय | तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय | मृत्योन् मा अमृतं गमय् || ॐ शांति शांति शांति From the unreal, lead me to the real, From the darkness, lead me to light, From death and destruction, lead me to immortality. Teasel, thank for sharing that lovely story about your parents. They sound like a fun couple. Im usually able to have a lot of laughs with Saggies. quote:

Are you a loud and crazy guy? I'd love to make you scream. I used to be security (i.e. bouncer), and I loved my job. Strangely, I found it to be an occupation overrun with Taureans. IP: Logged |

I'm quiet, intelligent, and refined, and therefore unlikely to frequent the kind of establishments that you alude to being so comfortable in. ------------------ Lack of Earth - Lack of bu11shit. IP: Logged |

You may be intelligent (allude is spelled with two "l"s), but you don't seem to be quiet or refined. Your words betray you. Being a triple Cappy, I can tell you about refinement, and you ain't it, bruh. IP: Logged |
