My life is getting a mess. My parents are ill, my ex returned to say really bad things of me, messed all my feelings, in my job, just problems that arise from nowhere. I'm really overhelmed.

I pray everyday to my mentors and guides, they are helping me, but I sense something is missing in my life. I try to make things I like to do, but I can't get the forces I need to...

Just keep your chin up and keeping fighting!

The ex... I don't know the situation but a lot of times those things happen simply because they are hurting and they want you to hurt too. So, try to brush that off.

Work, well I don't know what's going on but a positive attitude goes a long way! Especially if things are not exactly wonderful, positive attitudes get noticed.

I've lost everything that I had in my head!! Dammit!

Focus on NOW... today... and tomorrow. If you keep staring at where you want to go you might trip and fall. If you get what I'm saying. Just take one day at a time and try to make it as positive as you can. It really does come back around, eventually.

As for your ill parent(s).... again. I'm just such a believer in positive attitude (even though I need to take my own medicine!). I truly believe it can heal. As in if you stay positive to them they will absorb that energy. They may turn positive also and I really believe in the healing power of positivity. I've seen on many... reality ER shows and things like that where a loved one stays by them and stays positive, and it works!

So the whole theme is just be as positive as you can be.
Talk to yourself over and over and over.... and.... over. Just keep talking to yourself in your head and don't let those negative thoughts in there.

DeepFreeze is correct, it may be difficult to keep buoyant in the face of seeming Planetary oppression; but try to do just that, and keep in mind that in the long run Saturn is your friend.

Thanks soo much for the support, the only thing that really mess up for real was my ex coming back out of the blue... then everything triggered one after another... but God gave me good people here that just with a positive thought rised me upa again...
