i'm so fascinated by those two astrological points..maybe because i love sailor moon so muchh..i was obsessed with sailor moon series as a kid and i watched all the series again when i was 19 years old..i was alway felt like i was the princess of the moon haha  ,i have a cancer asc after all that makes sense ..in my natal selena/white moon conjunct my cancer asc 0'20 orb(crazy right?) and selene conjunct descendant 1'20 orb..i didn't find many informations  ..if someone has more informations please share them with me ..IP: Logged |

Ah Yeah! Sailor Moon! *high fives* One of the best.I'll look into these.  Of course, we know right off the bat Selene is the Greek Moon Goddess. I've always liked the name Selene. To me, it has a lot of beauty to it. Edit: Ah.. I just checked.. I have Selene Conjunct My Moon.. (Both conjunct Antares exact by Degree)
Also.. May want to look into the asteroid Thia.. As Theia (also spelled Thia) is the Titaness who birthed Selene. Hyperion being the Father.

in what sign is your selene-moon conjunction?
thia in scorpio conjunct pluto in 4th/5th house..i don't know about you but i feel a special connection with the moon...especially in summer i can look up to the moon for hours and i have this weird feeling or maybe i'm helplessly romantic ..nevertheless i loveee the moon!IP: Logged |

oh yes you mention antares..i checked my mother's selene/selena and thia..her thia is conjunct exact my POF sextile my selena/asc 2' degrees and trine my selene 3'degrees..her selena conjunct 1'degree my moon,trine exact my nn..and her selene is exact on my asc/selena-sun midpoint 3 degrees from both and also makes a 2 degree opposition in my selene..ok now i'm going to watch sailor moon againnn! Haha.. You should! I never have watched that show all the way through. Technically.. My Moon and Selene is Conjunct Jupiter too.. at around 12.5 degrees Sag..

haha my jupiter also conjunct asc/selena 2degrees from the 12th

Hmm.. After slamming through most the show Hunter x Hunter, 200 episodes doesn't sound so daunting anymore.. LMAO Ah.. A 12th house Jupiter in Cancer? Conjunct the Ascendant. I'd say that is a pretty interesting placement for Jupiter, for sure. IP: Logged |

Well my Moon is like.. On the exact degree, and almost same minute as the cusp of my 3rd house.. So.. Basically, it is right on my 3rd house cusp, which would put it in the 3rd house (depending on who you talk to, I guess.. lmao) Yeah, I'd agree that every placement is interesting in its own way. of course. yes i will count it in 3rd too..i also have moon in 3rd..so ruler of your 3rd jupiter in 3rd powerful so the key of success is communication..a naturally born speaker(with the moon conjunct) who can use his audience's emotions for his own benefit or a teacher or a very gifted writer or a philosopher or a lawyer so many options ...you should invest in education,higher education IP: Logged |

I loved Sailor Moon when I was a kid. Selena conjunct Antivertex, Selene conjunct Vertex  Opposite by 2 degrees.------------------

No issues, I wasn't meaning to complain. I'm just on my phone mostly and can't get it to pull up the asteroid list without locking up my phone 75% of the time. Ugh! I'm sure you know this but to make it easier to get the asteroid numbers after you've left the asteroid list, if you go to the "see additional info" to look at the aspects in your chart, it lists the asteroid numbers along with where they fall in your chart. Selene essentially represents one of three faces of the Moon, she represents the Mother archetype of the triple face goddess.There's Diana/Artemis (Maiden) or the waxing moon, Selene(Mother) Full Moon and Hekate (Crone)waning This is one of the reasons I don't use Diane/Artemis with Selene interchangeably. I would examine where Diana/Artemis and Hekate fall in your natal chart as well to see how they play out. IP: Logged |
