His own self-undoing occurs when he is given a chance for redemption and he blows it big time. In practical terms Ixion in your chart would show where you need to bring ill actions to justice. With Jupiter conjunct Ixion, I believe you would have the opportunity, and assistance needed, to correct ill actions, and in 11th house it would be the way you may act in group situations. Does that make sense for you? -- My Ixion is conjunct Spica, brightest star in Virgo, sextile to Mercury on the GC. Much help here as well with positive aspects. IP: Logged

(Same God, one Roman, the other Greek) So Jupiter conjunct Ixion would enlarge the chance for redemption and should we not get it, not act fairly, justly or lawfully, then we are doomed to eternal punishment, as in the myth. Jupiter also keeps watch on Ixion and recognizes same old behavior so tricks Ixion as a punishment, so negative aspects to Ixion would play on the consequences of ill actions. I would like to hear more examples from actual charts, as you've asked above. Wondering if everyone could step in here, those who have aspects between Ixion and Jupiter. IP: Logged

A person may have a seemingly "bad" aspect, but the whole chart needs to be seen to see how it will, likely, play out. With certain aspects, I feel quite sure how they will play out like Nessus Conj the ASC, but that is due to a great deal of work with that asteroid. Ixion conj Jupiter and the MC could play out in a number of ways based on the nature of the aspects(trines vs squares)as well as other asteroids in the same vein. Hence, please don't freak out about this. If YOU know who you are, go with that. People tell me all the time how Venus in Gemini is a two timing, no good flirt. I cop to that flirt part but that is all. I am super loyal due to a Cancer Moon. I am sure you are a totally amazing person, M.
