This is an interesting set up of Sabians, the dual association with NEW and ANCIENT connections.
As far as I interprete it, it could mean that even though theirs is a very old connection, for this earthly incarnation there might be added a new dimension to it.
While for the longest times the emphasis was on "mentorship" (Jupiter), now it seems that a more interpersonal connection is being made. I could imagine that EARTH in the helio chart may signify our intended incarnation on earth, and thus it might signify in a very pure, spiritual way how the relationship should or is intended to manifest.
In this case we have Earth on 13 Scorpio. New connections. So something new added to it, deep and passionate, and with Scorpio there is always a sexual aspect (with the emphasis of transformation through sexual connection).
It is also conjunct PSYCHE; a soulmate asteroid, signifying the feminine priniciple, and te SAbian also mentions the feminine principle. "a girl".
With that Sabian it could mean that there is the possibility to reach true happiness (especially for the feminine principle); it does not only need to mean the woman will be happy (and the man won`t), but might simply signify that the soulful (Psyche = soul) gentle, deep and profound connection is a source of deep spiritual happiness.
Interestingly my friend sais that she is certain she has never had a past life with the man she loves. In the light of that constellation, maybe she is right (though it is difficult for me to imagine to NOT have a past life connection to anyone, lest the person your soul loves the deepest); maybe they were together on a higher plane, but decided for some reason to not spend too much time on earth together.
However, she IS happier than she has ever been before (still sais she is after 7 years).

Neptune conjunct LUST in Scorpio is to me a perfect description of deep sexual passions, fuelled and fulfilled by or through a spiritual connection.
The SAbian seems strange at first, yet, just think about it: A dentist is drilling, thus penetrating the hard surface of the tooth.
I think it can be interpreted in sexual terms (esp. being in Scorpio and especially in relation to LUST), but there is more to it. The dentist really gets to the core of things, of the soul or spirit in this context maybe, and one way to reach that deep place is by spiritual sex, to put it bluntly.
Venus does not really sais anything to me, but Union, oh my, THAT sabian. Cupid`s arrow? Or even more straightfortwardly penetrating? 
(yes I have a knack for interpreting many innocent looking symbols in sexual terms; don`t even get me started on the symbol of 19-20 Scorpio

At the same time UNION is conjunct AMOR, albeit a bit widely (3 degree orb).

There is something deeply penetrating about these Sabians; love as a way to reach a very deep layer of the soul and find the treasure (oil) being hidden there.
EROS is nicely tied to this. Sextile might not be very strong, but it is on the same degree. And the 8 is a very karmic number, and actually I think it might be more than this, considering it was used for the symbol of infinity.
The sabian sonds quite lovely, spiritual and supportive, a guiding light and source of comfort (I actually have ISIS there in my own natal), and yet again it is tied to an erotic/ sexual asteroid.
Definitely NOT meant to be a platonic spiritual connection!
Also seems to give quite a positive image of the masculine principle as well.
The aspect to Neptune makes it quite dreamy and romantic as well.

Made me laugh. Why?
Because it is a contradiction again. Pluto conjunct Juno is all about a passionate relationship, but one that is meant to be totally committed (and actually they are the most committed couple I have ever come across except for my parents).
The SAbian made me think of something my friend told me. Her love once had a dream or a vision, in which he was with some sort of council (they never had read anything about spiritual things), and he was being shown a big crowd of soul, and he picked hers to be "his one and only".
I was wondering if maybe harem could also indicate some kind of soulgroup, as it definitely is a social setting, but not sure about that. IN any case the Sabian seems to illustrate his dream or vision well.
As a matter of fact they have a synastric conjunction of Mercury and SPIRIT on 6 Virgo exact!

The amazing thing is I feel like their Helio Sabians especially totally confirm her feelings about a lack of past lives and his vision/ dream about "picking" her before this life began.
The Valentine SAbian seems to relate to a new incarnation, maybe after a long Hiatus, and it is tied to their romantic unconditional love for each other. It`s love being newly incarnating on earth probably.
Chiron makes sense as well, as a big "byproduct" of their connection is an extremely deep emotional healing that happened for her (not sure if he needed the healing, too).
From this and these Sabians I actually would think they may rather be soulmates than twinflames, with the purpose of experiencing a true spiritual love and passion for each other.
But I know I am biased. LOL

The reason I mentioned soulmates rather than twinflames was simply because I thought the Sabians had a stronger "group-oriented" theme than a strictly complimentary one.
