I was watching a movie about JFK the other night.
I looked at his chart and his 11th house cusp is exact at 28 degree Leo ( the 29 th degree is a past life degree) where the Eclipse hit. Interestingly Lee Harvey Oswald had a SN and Saturn conjunction in Aries ( transit Uranus is there) exact trine the Eclipse ) opposition to his NN and Sun conjunction in Libra.
Of all places Harvey hit Texas !
The Eclipse was trine Saturn in Sag too. ( karma) I think as JFK has karma conjunct his NN and the POF and Jupiter were conjunct his ASC in Libra. At 20 degrees.

Hurricane Harvey is not the only Flood triggering Storm in the past few weeks.
North East India and Bangladesh have seen 17 million people lose their homes due to intense flooding. Mumbai is flooded. Prior to Texas, Ohio and even Arizona suffered flooding. There has been excessive flooding in Taiwan, two huge storms dumped record water there. Eerily similar to Harvey.

These are all connected events. It is as if a slow moving Mystery Planet or even Dwarf Planet has just shifted its Sign.
Carl Payne Tobey mentioned that we need to discover two more slow moving Planets or Dwarf Planets to compete the Solar System and he pegged these two to rule Taurus and Gemini respectively.

But that is speculation.

Actual Transits that matter are clearly Uranus square VARUNA and opposition TYPHON. This has been active for past 2-3 months of Flooding on a Global basis.
VARUNA did change Signs as well prior to Hurricane Harvey.

"Waterless place" Maybe looking
at progression it might be of
assistance.
