I just discovered that my natal mars at 12 degrees conjuncts my friend's (male) natal valentine. We are good buddies. Platonic. Is this aspects significant for a friendship? Poochy

At 12 degrees orb the effects of the conjunction wouldn't' be very strong. Mars doesn't only relate to sexual matters it can point towards your own ambitions.
