::waves:: hi

I've posted here on and off for a while under a few different names but was always too lazy to keep up with posts and eventually gave up for a few months and tried again... lol

So i'm trying again now, but I need some help --

my friend has been really sick for a while now. About two months ago she started feeling really spacey and depressed and then her eyes had this weird allergic reaction thing to her contacts and she's been wearing her glasses ever since. Her head is always hurting her in like...you know that pressurized way? She coughs a lot and she can't sing as well as she used to, and can't put any force in it.

She's been feeling really claustrophobic and can't sit still..she's a writer and she's working on her second novel and can't write anymore. She's been to a million doctors, and they couldn't find anything out...some of them said she was allergic to something in her apartment, so she moved back in with her parents and didn't feel any better.

And the weird part is.. it's affecting me now too!!

I'm an empath sometimes (it comes and goes, i can't control it)

Ever since I became vegan a yaer and a half ago I hadn't had as much as a cold -- but all of a sudden like three weeks ago I got this horrible throat infection, and now I'm breaking out in these really horrible hive/rash type things and getting a lot of the same symptoms as her.

And the doctor didn't find anything on me either.

So, basically i'm just like... what the hell!?!?

I was going through all the options in my head... we're both fire signs (she's a sagittarius, dec 9, virgo moon) I'm a leo (august 7th, sagittarius moon) but our charts aren't really similar besides our sun signs)

Her parent's won't pay for any holistic treatment or anything so I'm just wondering if you guys have any advice for her (or me!) about what it can be, or what we can do to make it better. I'm so fed up with it, I'm sorry for being so whiney but I HATE being sick!!!

ARGHHHGHGHGH!

any help you guys can give would be really really appreciated and welcomed.

thanks!!

xoxo
Rob

FIrst of all welcome! I hope we can find a solution! I think you two need to go to a naturopath. And do you two smoke pot? Sorry, you don't have to answer, it just seems if I read those symptoms anywhere I would say, oh, potsmokers. Not that there is anything wrong with people who smoke (hope i am not digging myself in a hole here) I just want to sort out what could be the culprit. I really want to help, well, hey I am always looking out for my fellow humans! Please tell me what city you live in, and this is not mono or anything like that???

Has your friend been tested for food allergies? Any food problem? Preservatives and processed foods can wreck havoc on a person even all of a sudden.

I was diagnosed with major depression, hypoglycemia, irritable bowel syndrome, and attention deficit hyperative disorder all before I discovered that I couldn't eat dairy, wheat, corn, eggs, and a long list of other things.

I still struggle when I eat the wrong things.

All of those symptoms have been related to food/chemical sensitivities.

It's worth looking into.

There might also be some sneaky chemicals around that are suspect. I haven't got my list anymore. Someone borrowed it permanately.

I hope that helps a little!

I forgot to mention that those can be symptoms of hypoglcemia, also. Symptoms can be aggrevated by food sensitivities.

With hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) you have to eat small amounts of food at regular intervals, usually every two to three hours with some protein at every interval, it doesn't have to be animal protein. If it's severe maybe even every one hour. No sugar, limited fruits, no alcohol, and whole grains only are a must or you can spend your days in a mental state of oblivion. It can do some serious damage to your state of being.

Also, eating organic foods helps tremedously with reactions. I can eat some of the foods on my list if I eat the organic versions. I still have to watch what I eat.

People who can't eat peanuts will tell you how careful they have to be not to even have foods processed in the same plant as peanuts.

If a peanut can bring on a possible death episode imagine what can happen with any other food to people who don't suspect.

There have been many, many days when I wish I was a breathetarian already!
