and maybe you could try some ginseng or peppermint tea if you haven't already. or if you're really brave you can use cayenne pepper with lemon and maple syrup (not honey - it's mucus-forming) in hot water - cayenne is great for getting rid of mucus and opening the airways. lavender oil in a steam bath is also good (and relaxing). and i've heard not to use a cough suppressant and not to swallow the mucous (yuck!) - because the body is ridding itself of the sickness through expectoration. makes sense, i guess. i hope you're feeling better soon.

Prayers sent. Also, several people I know (including one of my daughters and myself) cleared up their bronchitis with drinking plenty of Fenugreek Seed tea. Not the most pleasant tasting, but it really worked well as an expectorant. Feel better soon.

Dear Aphrodite, wishing you well.

Cayenne-ginger tea is wonderful too, it cleans the blood. Cut up some ginger, use a little cayenne (hot as you can stand), add hot water and some maple syrup to sweeten. Clears the sinuses and cleans the blood.

You've had some challenges to your health lately, sending loads of healing light and all the good stuff.
