Seems that I get migraines activated by stress tension.Sometimes they go full blown with light sensetivity and nausea, but usually not. Often lately I just have a fun pulse of pain every 1.5 minutes or so. The location kind of changes randomly throughout my head. This will last a few hours then go away. Any ideas on natural remedies for this problem? IP: Logged |

yep drink extra water... and do things to make sure you're 'regular'... that can be linked to migraines and headaches.Try Reishi Tea if you can. IP: Logged |

Red wine kills me. One glass is death. Beer pretty much kills me two, two beers=death. When i drink more than 3 my kidney and knees ache. So much for my alcoholism.Pix I DO know that song, of course! Duh. That's a classic. How's the wee babe, are your nipples sore yet? LOL. My mom always used to describe my brother as a "barracuda" BM cheese is def out as I don't eat any dairy. Wine and cheese parties are so out for me. I'd love to relax but I have an organic chemistry final in 3 hours, how could I possibly relax LOL. IP: Logged |

I love that you asked about my nipples.. haha... nipples is one of those words that's so rarely used, even if accurate. nipple nipple nippleactually, I was having woes, but they are good now.. resolved.. and oddly, I had breastfed my other kids for a long time with no issues. This time i had mastitis ( a blocked duct that eventually leads to infection and flu-like symptoms. but it is better now, as I said. He's still a barnacle. I call him my barnacle, cuz he never stops eating. He's a boob-man. Thanks for asking. How's your head lately? IP: Logged |

LOOLYour post really made me laugh. I have to take that last line as a double entendre. It's doing a little better. I'm glad your little man is eating, means he's healthy! How are your other kids handling momma's diverted attention? IP: Logged |

they're great! when i let them out of their cages, they battle each other well and then return to the basement, just like good kids. well.. my son has stopped calling Elliot 'it' and has graduated to 'him' and this morning they had a good coo-talk, he even videotaped it on his camera. my daughter has been in love from the get-go, only she's less smothering now. about the double entendre.. you didn't think i was asking about your migraines, did you? cheeez! are you finished school yet? EPA Fish Oil capsules can prevent migraines from ever happening, as will magnesium. ------------------ "There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." Magnesium relaxes the muscles and capillaries, so migraines would be near impossible with high magnesium in your blood. Calcium and magnesium together also lowers blood pressure. The best time to take mafnesium is right before bed and always away from other supplements (calcium is okay). Take it on an empty stomach, because it neutralizes stomach acid. It is a great natural cure for people who have acid relux while sleeping. ------------------ "There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things."
