Hey everyone, usually when I do a cleanse it's with chlorella. But heart_cakes recently recommended MSM to me, which I've toyed with the idea of on and off for several years now. I'm definitely wanting to a cleanse very soon, and I'm currently deciding between chlorella or MSM. So I was wondering if anyone here can share their experiences of either one, or both, so I can weigh up which one to do?IP: Logged |

They are both so different and so great in so many ways!!! Chlorella is good at binding heavy metals and pulling them out of the body, MSM sulfur helps with collagen synthesis, reduces reactions to foods/chemicals, and better oxygen absorbtion into cells, I would use both in a cleansing program. Cool, thanks SunCild! In the end I decided to go with Chlorella, because the man at the health shop said that MSM is hard on your kidneys (not that I'd be using it long-term, but still)...
